I absolutely love this place. I came by this morning to get my coffee. I donāt normally donāt come over here cause itās way across town for me. I got my white chocolate velvet ice this morning the cup looks smaller than usual so I asked about it and she said thatās the right size while i was in the drive way. So for my knowledge, I went inside to try to take look at the sizing chart so I wonāt make the mistake the next time. Only thing I didnāt particularly like was the lady who gave me my drink at the drive-through automatically assume because I came inside that I was coming to complain. She was on the way to the bathroom and she stopped in her tracks turned around so she could tell the other girl that I was in here for whatever reason.. Me personally I donāt like when people make assumptions. iām not understanding the reasoning of having to go explain yourself when you donāt even Know what my thought was. I could see how you came to the conclusion, but I couldāve been coming in the store to buy another size, Use the bathroom , Grab another straw because I dropped mine in the world could have brought me to come inside the store. Going to whisper to your coworker when you see me walking into the store and thereās nobody else around the counter or behind me doesnāt give me a good feeling as a customer. Because if I did have a concern now you made me feel that youāre unapproachable. Knowing that this place is based in New Orleans, Iām hoping that they arenāt prejudice against people of color in this florida location. I guess weāll see the next few times I go because I do thoroughly...

I asked if they have Caramel Macchiato & she said she could make that for me⦠and I specifically told the lady named Laney I believe that Iām getting a decaffeinated coffee as Iām pregnant.. few minutes later, I got my order.. had a good sip.. almost halfway gone I noticed that my coffee sticker didnt say decaf.. so I went and asked her if she made me a decaffeinated coffee as it didnt say on the sticker and she answered its decaf (but the way she answered me, she was not confident if she made a decaf or not) and offered if she could make me a new one and I said no its fine as its almost halfway gone. 8 hours later, here I am wide awake.. couldn't sleep, I believe she gave me a caffeinated coffee. Very disappointed. Not to the store but to the staff/person.. very easy job but cant follow...

I have come here about 15 times, 10 of those I've placed orders using the mobile order, and only two times was my order actually ready when I came to pick it up 10 minutes after placing the order. Each other time I repeatedly get the excuse that they don't hear the mobile order notification go off and they don't hear the label print so I go in to pick up my drink and they haven't even started on it. I generally have my husband and children with me and they are stuck waiting in the car while I wait for my mobile order to be ready. If they are not going to run a business in which they pay attention when mobile orders come in, and have them ready at the time advertised on the app and in the text messages they send you, then they shouldn't be running...
