Terrible service and food! Went there with a group after a softball tournament 4-6-19. Waitress took order for 2 of our tables, and never came back to take table I was at. We were all together too. It might have something to do with the fact she dropped a vodka tonic drink on the back of my neck. Whole glass bounced off my neck, down my back and all over my seat and floor space. Glass all over and alcohol. She apoligized, but that was it. I told her for the record, I wanted the incident documented as I have 3 severely bad vertebrae right where the drink hit my neck. Another lady came over with a slip of paper. I wrote my name, date and "neck, drink fell on it". I explained, just for the record, in case I had a problem later. She took it, apologized and left. Our table waited an hour and a half to order. I wanted to leave, but some of our group has already ordered and wanted to wait for their food. After hunting down a waitress 2 times, I was told only 2 girls waitressing and our original waitress was helping in the kitchen. Finally, they called in another girl, and she took our order. Up in arrival of orders, cold fries, gross undercooked boneless wings, tasteless breaded mushroom, we left. I complained my chicken was undercooked and was told by the waitress, they looked fine with me! No offer to recook, or get something else, or take off my bill, Never, ever going back! 3 years later 2021, I ordered just before 9 pm, and they're open until 2 am: Ordered the fried mushrooms, texan burger, waffle fries, and philly cheese steak.

Fried mushrooms - tasted like I was biting into a ball of grease. No flavor, and had a lot of liquid from the grease. The ranch couldn't save it.

Texan burger - I ordered it pink. It was cooked to pink, however, if it wasn't for the bbq sauce there wouldn't have been any flavor. Wasn't seasoned at all.

Waffle Fries - tasted like it was fried in old grease.

Philly Cheesesteak - the steak tasted seasoned and the peppers and onions on it added additional flavor. The quality of the Cheesesteak was good. Most positive thing overall.

The fries that came with the Cheesesteak and the texan burger - little to no salt, soggy, and not good to eat at all. Reminded me of bad McDonalds fries.

2018: I was brought here by my friends who introduced it as their little "watering hole." This place has a nice atmosphere and it wasn't overly crowded on Saturday. Had the right amount of business, and the waitress was very attentive. I ordered just a sweet tea and the meat lovers flatbread. The flatbread had thicker crust than I'm used to, but it was still delicious. They did not hold back on the ingredients. The cheese to meat ratio...

Went here tonight with my family to watch the fl gators game and never felt so uncomfortable walking into a sports bar! We had to asked our waitress where we can sit first, which she could have announced u can sit any where, when we entered. So we sat at a table near the bar and asked her turn the tv near us at the bar to the game of our choice which she complied. Then a few minutes later they turned the channel on the tv we were watching the game, and said that the ppl at the bar asked to change the channel we were watching, and told us to watch the tv behind us when we were watching it first! My family polite asked for our check on our drinks and left the establishment. The lack of hospitality at this establishment should not go unchecked and the owner(s) should really refresh their employees on their customer service skills!
