People beware!!! This place is serving rotten food!!! It's a real shame when the effort of many gets obliterated by the carelessness and disregard of a few. We ordered our meal for pick up and got the food we requested. Smashed avocado toast with eggs, huevos rancheros and pancakes with fresh fruit (we choose banana pecan). The smashed avocado had a very thing layer of avocado with a small slice in the center. Nothing like it's depicted on the menu picture. The huevos rancheros were fine but the biggest let down was the banana pecan pancakes. Underneath the beautiful caramelized pecan crust were rotten, pale and hard banana slices!!! All of the pieces had a black core. We didn't call the restaurant to speak to anyone about it because it's better everyone knows about this over us getting a replacement meal. It's that bad. Somebody should get fired from the kitchen!. To have the audacity to cut and serve piece by piece of a poorly developed banana, hard to the touch and obviously black in its core IS INTENTIONAL!!! WHOM EVER SUPERVISES THIS KITCHEN MUST KNOW ABOUT THIS as well as everyone eating from this kitchen!!! We are NOT gonna eat food from this place for a long time or ever again. First time here, and last time. I was excited to go to this place as was my family. What started out good slowly changed to not so good. We placed our orders and was very specific to what we wanted . One order was simple. Two eggs over bacon crisp and hash browns. This order the food was extremely cold and the bacon was like (beef Jerky). Could of been because of the order sitting on the counter for a long period of time before it was brought over to our table. That order was replaced. Second order was fried eggs over hard, bacon crisp, hash browns, and rye toast toasted. Same thing Bacon like (beef jerky), toast was not toasted. Eggs were ok. Third order. Ham, cheese, tomato omelet. hash browns, toast. My omelet was simply overcooked and dried out. Toast was also not toasted. Coffee and tea was good and that is it. The omelet was returned and it took almost 20 minutes before the replacement was at my table. I've been doing reviews for a very long time and have over 1 million hits on my reviews. If I could give negative stars i would. I went there for my birthday brunch after horseback riding in the area on Friday March 7th at around 11/12:30pm. The service was absolutely horrendous. I'm not sure if it was a race thing but both me and my bestfriend are women of color and we felt very singled out. We got sat relatively fast which was the only plus how ever we were the only people of color in that establishment which wouldn't have been an issue if we were getting serviced as everyone else there was. Our waitress took our order and never checked on us till in hour after the food came out. The orders came out completely wrong and i asked 3 different employees for some kind of corrective action and it never happened. I don't know if it was a bad day for our waitress and everyone else that we spoke too but it wasn't busy in the slightest so beyond racism idk what else could be the cause. Additionally we were charged the full value of our incorrect orders with no fix. I am so disappointed and ultimately would never recommend this place even to a person starving.
