Xfinity mobile is the worst nightmare you can ever imagine. Thinking of switching from your carrier over to Xfinity? Biggest mistake ever!!!! We switched from At&t from Xfinity because they had a one thousand dollar trade in on our samsung phone. When we went to the store they didn't have the galaxy 25 ultra with 512GB memory so we ended up ordered it online. The phone got delivered with no label to send back old phone. We went to Xfinity in west Delray and they told us the order didn't indicate a trade in! WHAT!!!!! That was the entire conversation when I ordered it online. Xfinity said to call corporate that they would fix problem and after 3 days of calls turned out they wouldn't help us at all. At that point we just wanted a refund. We drove back to West Delray store and spoke to Linda the manager. She said the only way fix it was to start over.That meant returning our new Samsung 25 ultra and getting a refund and start over to buy a new phone with trade in as part of sale. We were so upset at that point because it meant having to switch over all our apps and contacts and passwords which takes many hours to do bit against my better judgements I did what she said. Xfinity redid the sale, but by this time it was too late for the 1,000 trade in and told us it was only $450.00. We bought another phone at store and got a label and sent old phone back. Guess what!!!! two weeks later Xfinity informed us the phone didn't work and shipped it back to our house and said No credit on phone at all. That was a complete lie we went back to the store a 4th time and showed the phone to Linda the store manager who it turned on and it worked perfect they agreed it was fine and said they will get us another label. We sent it back old phone a second time and 3 weeks later Xfinity emails us an email that the phone didn't power up and that they are sending it back. AGAIN...And the best part at this point we find out its conveniently too late for a refund to return the nightmare Xfinity cellphone. Now it turns out its a month later and we still haven got the old phone back we called Xfinity and made a huge complaint and they escalated it waited a day and we were told after it being escalated again they would not change their decision. Xfinity doesn't have any ability to change anything in their pathetic customer service. So bottom line is we were lied about the trade in, we were lied to about the amount of trade in, We were lied to about fixing the problem and buying another phone to correct their mistake. We were lied to about the phone not working not once but twice we were lied to that Xfinity corporate would fix the problem and we were lied to about the phone the old phone they still never shipped back. Bottom line Xfinity should not be in the Cell phone business they are a scam and have zero customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this Company!    Read moreSTAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IN DELRAY MARKET PLACE. This morning we went to this XFINITY store at delray market place to exchange an HD cable box. A young black woman waited on us and gave us an exchange box. (the cable box was packaged with cardboard and shrink wrap). We get back home and find out it doesn't have an HDMI input to plug into, SHE GAVE US THE WRONG BOX, she gave us a standard box instead of an HD box. Back to the store and upon entering another woman greeted us (possibly the manager). She asks what can she do for us. We told her we were here an hour ago to exchange a cable box and got the wrong one. She then asks who it was that waited on us. So I point her out and she goes over to the young black woman ad says that you gave the customer a standard cable box instead of an HD box. The young black woman replies they didn't ask for an HD box. Then to try and cover her tracks she says that the box we brought in was not an HDbox. Now she is getting loud and arrogant with us. She practically called us liars to our face. I then tell her to go get the box we brought in and I'll show you that it says HD right on the front of the box. By now another person there hearing the hullabaloo says I'll take you over here. He gives us an HD box and we are on our way home. I hook up the box and call to get it activated and two people over the phone can't get a signal to the box. Back out we go to the XFINITY store on Federal Highway and get another box, bring it home and finally able to get this box activated. My advice to anyone is go to the store on Federal Highway.    Read moreYesterday afternoon I had a great experience at the Xfinity Store in Delray Beach. I received my new cell phone and needed assistance activating the phone as well as transferring my contacts, photos and etc to my New Phone. I waited until my turn and I was very lucky because I wound up with a Great Guy who was Friendly, Helpful, Courteous, Great sense of Humor, Caring and so much more. I'm so sorry that I forgot his name because in all honesty, he is truly an asset to Xfinity and its customers. He went up and beyond to help fully set up my phone, he transferred all my contacts, pictures, apps and did everything in helping me setting up my phone. Thanks to him, I'm so grateful that he helped me bec I'm not tech savvy at all. He even answered questions and concerns I had. We also had a great, friendly conversation as we were waiting for my information to be downloaded to Mt new phone. As I said before, I'm so sorry I don't recall his name but, Xfinity Store in Delray should definitely praise him for his outstanding customer service, friendliness, caring, excellent customer service and going up and beyond in helping me. He always had a smile and great conversation. Thanks again for everything you did for me yesterday afternoon. You truly are an asset to Xfinity and it's customers.
