I come here all the time and get bowls because it's on my way home from work. I already left a bad review because the first time I got it it was fully liquid. And this one isn't even that frozen like it should be. Spoke to the manager the next time I came in because I came in and ordered one and since then the people that work here still do not do these bowls correctly. Know why I'm wasting my money every time on $10-$12 when you can't even get what you're supposed to get definitely bad business because I ordered no granola extra banana as you can see in the picture there's barely any banana and I ordered extra peanut butter and paid extra for it and this is all the peanut butter that I got and this is what you normally get when you order one without paying extra so needless to say, I don't have extra peanut butter no extra bananas and it's already starting to melt on the bottom I guess I'm gonna start going to Granbury or other places that do these type of balls because smoothie king is pretty much about to lose...

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location today. I’ve been ordering the same smoothie here once a week, and I’m always very specific due to health issues and dietary restrictions. Today, I placed my order over the phone and even asked if it would be better to come in to avoid confusion. I was reassured that they understood.
Unfortunately, the two young ladies working this afternoon made my smoothie completely wrong — and based on their attitude, I’m convinced it was done intentionally. Read moreI placed an order ahead and realized I would be 10 min late to pickup. I called them and asked them to put the smoothies in the fridge because I would be there a little late. I arrived only 5 minutes late and my smoothie was out on the counter and VERY watery. I kindly asked them if they could remake it because it obviously wasn’t made 5 min prior. They said yes and poured the same smoothies into the blender just to add ice. I knew it would taste watery so I asked the worker if it would taste different and she gave me this rude look and gesture shaking her head up and down. Well she was wrong it was gross and watery.
