(This review has been edited due to changes in the location, I will no longer be tipping here because I am allergic to all forms of milk except for whole milk when i ask for whole milk its COLD making my HOT coffee COLD... when i ask for steamed whole milk so my coffee isnt COLD in 3 seconds they tell me there is a charge for steamed whole milk.... this is a scandal in my opinion because whole milk is free, but steamed milk isn't? I don't get it the problem is Ive been giving this store 35$ tips... and they still try to charge me, this will not happen ever again sorry to inform this starbucks but i am not made of money...[If i spend 3.94 for a coffee with steamed whole milk an i times {x} that by 365 which there are 365 days in a single year the amount i spent that year is exactly 1,438.1, and if I add a 35$ monthly tip to that the amount is $2,698.¢1 annually and thats just me.. as i said im not made of money its actually opposite, therefore the tip amount that i give in the amount of $35.00 will now be $0.00 because I have to use that money now to buy steamed whole milk each time i want to buy a coffee, and i want it hot... sorry for the inconvenience of any baristas that do actually deserve those tips...) For this reason the rating will be reduced to 3 stars until this sales tactic is removed.
"Im being forced to withdrawal my tips, due to a tyrannical sales tactic "
[TO ADD: Ive called the distribution company Dean Food company/ Authers Dairy to enquirer the amount Starbucks spends on whole milk a single Gallon of whole milk said the sales representative there in their sales department off an invoice for the delivery of a single delivery and supply of whole milk, the price is $4.¢14 per gallon star bucks uses about roughly 18-20 gallons of whole milk per day 4.14x20=82.8 per day, now 82.8x365= this location spends $30,222,¢00 yearly on whole milk... charge $1.¢50 per steam milk for every time you want a HOT coffee if you did that every day for a year its 1.50x365=$547.¢5 yearly to add to your average coffee which is $2.¢84 2.84x365=$1,036.¢6 add the yearly steamed milk value with the yearly grande cup of coffee value you get this 1036.6+547.5=$1,584.¢1 yearly value.
Now lets look at the profit side for Starbucks each store gets about 750 customers per day if each one had to pay 1.50 for steamed whole milk which not every body will get steamed whole milk the company will average sales of whole milk per store of about lets be generous and give Starbucks the benefit of the doubt and knock that 750 number in half we know more then half is getting steamed whole milk though ... So lets say 375 customers out of 750 are buying with steamed whole milk 1.50x365=547.5 yearly now lets multiply that number Xs 375 457.5x375+$205,312.¢05 yearly per store and thats only calculating the amount of steam milk sales at 1.50 thats not including the coffee you put it in... so lets see (Id say $205,312.¢5 far exceeds that amount in-which they spend on the milk its self which is 30,222,00 yearly per store.) You cant seriously justify a couple of seconds extra to steam whole milk constituting 1.50 extra no way in hell, you are rapping your customers with this tactic its overpriced, its...
Read moreThe line was long, and sometimes that is not a bad thing. It sometimes means the place is popular because the food and/or service is great. That was the case here. Fast, friendly service with a smile. Literally. I was greeted and courteously and cheerfully at the speaker and when I got to the pickup window I was greeted with a cheerful smile. All of my food was ready and I was able to quickly pay using my starbucks card and on my way again. This was my first time coming to this Starbucks location, but it won't be my last. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan in general (the coffee is pricey and really not so out of this world that I crave it in particular) but I usually will grab a cup of hot chocolate around this time of year. I will say that over recent years their menu has expanded and it's more appetizing to come and try their new food items. I had the double smoke bacon cheddar crossanwich with a banana nut bread and american coffee. I don't have any negatives to say about any of it. Each item was tasty and hot. Just the way I like my food. All in all, it was a great start to my morning. Good on...
Read moreOrdered an iced white mocha with no whipped cream, caramel drizzle and vanilla sweet cream cold foam.
Upon receiving my coffee I noticed that there was no caramel drizzle so I kindly asked the barista to add it. He drizzled maybe 2 lines on top?
Then I realized they added whipped cream and not the vanilla sweet cold foam (It was not as creamy as the foam and it was clumpy like whipped cream) So again I kindly spoke to the barista and explained to her that there was whipped cream and she said “if it were whipped cream it’d be in a different cup” and I said well maybe it was a mistake? She goes on to say “they’re the same thing literally the same ingredients”. And I said it tasted just like whipped cream instead of my usual vanilla sweet cream cold foam and she went on to say “it’s the same thing”. At this point I walked away because I realized that nothing was going to be done and I didn’t want to escalate...
