Then, when she called my name, I asked is this mine? I asked you for light light ice then she went ahead and she took the drink and she just slammed it against the sink not very well educated to being a server for such a big corporate company. Think she proceeded to doing it again and this time she was doing it again, but plenty of ice. I replied to her again please do not put so much ice then the lady that took my order she came and said the ice is necessary otherwise when she starts shaking it, it’s going to explode ha ha ha then I said don’t shake it. Then she proceeded as a liberal that you can tell that she was or is whatever you wanna call her that she was not gonna do it my way, but I was requesting then I said then let me have my refund and she did with no hesitation rudeness like there was no tomorrow as if I needed her. Read moreI was here on Saturday 10/26. The store was not that busy and I ordered my usual: a grande iced Earl Grey tea. They dispatched several orders before mine while I patiently waited.
After 10 mins waiting they asked me what I was waiting for. They had not started my order yet and the four baristas scrambled to get it started. They neither knew what size or what I had ordered. I repeated the order. At one point the barista started adding ice to the HOT TEA CUP in which the tea was brewing. At which point she asked me if I wanted milk. I told them to forget about it and left as I couldn’t believe they could screw up something so simple in such a way.
I like Starbucks but this is terrible customer service. They also got someone else’s order wrong while I was waiting. I can understand if they were busy and it was a complicated order, but neither of those were the case. Definitely not returning to...
Read moreI went with my granddaughter and 1st it took a long time for the lady to come to the counter so we could order. Next, when she comes, she literally THROWS her headphones onto the counter. Then we go where to get our food. AND it took 15 mins to recieve the drinks and we had to tell multiple people at multiple times that we need to hurry up and grab our foods. Then the 1st time we got 1 of our 3 foods. When we tell the LAST person that we need to leave at the moment, the lady THROWS our food to the guy. Thankfully, he caught it but had he not, she would ve been in major trouble with us. When we enter the car, we noticed she gave us only 1 item out of the 2 she owed us. We had to leave and not say anything because we gad a busy day but the service was completely unnaceptable in my opinion! The employee also looked upset at her job and should treat the customers...
