Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

This is the worst starbucks I have been to. There was a sign that clearly stated "50% off Holiday Coffee". I brought a bag to the register to pay and it didn't give the discount. I told the employee I didn't get the discount. They said that's what it rang up and that's what is. I asked to speak to a manager. The employee uncaringly said I'm the person in charge and made no attempt to resolve the situation. They were not helpful and not very polite. I paid for the coffee and left vowing not to come back. This seems like a case of FALSE ADVERTISING along with a rude employee. **This is an edit to my original post. I contacted customer at the recommended customer service site that the owner suggested on numerous reviews. I contacted customer service and was only given a case number. This was two weeks ago. Great cheese danish But they only had one type of coffee at 10:30 am the manager said “we only brew Pikes Peak after 10:00 am “ I suggested with season coming , more customers are going to ask for any of the three different brews of hot coffee that are on display as a choice for the day . I asked why they still had them advertised and displayed if they didnt offer it to thier customers.She said to save coffee from being wasted they didnt brew all three types.But she did offer to start a new brew , but it would take 5 minutes . I told her i couldnt wait and maybe next time she should have it brewed and there for a customer on the go for this was a COFFEE SHOP and i will return another day . So maybe upper management will figure out that there are twice as many customers in Naples from October to May .I will return for the Danishes So...

Nice coffee, but this cafe really needs a decent clean. Today (03/02/22 at 5.20pm) the cake display was infested with small flies, crawling over the pastries and cakes. I mentioned this to our server, who just shrugged and did nothing about it. Moreover, she stopped dragging a mop across the floor to serve me, handling cash then making our coffees and serving cake all without washing her hands. Ew. All the tables - and I do mean ALL, inside and out - were really dirty. I don't know when the outside tables were last wiped down but judging by the stains on them, it wasn't any time recently.
