This starbucks is a joke. Iāve gone to this location 3 times and have gotten the same exact drink through the app, and every time it was different. The first time my drink was only half full (I got a venti) and did not put add room & it was also not mixed at all. The second time, my drink was filled up more, but it was also not mixed. After that time, I went to a different starbucks and ordered it the same exact way, and they made it perfect & the correct way. I also spoke to a Starbucks employee from a different location & I asked if the way this store was doing it was the right way & asked if I was doing anything wrong, she told me that the baristas here must just be lazy & it wasnāt my fault at all. The other day I decided to give this location another shot. I ordered the same exact thing & yet again, it wasnāt mixed. I asked the man at the window if they could stir is, he looked at me like I was crazy and just asked some ridiculous question. Then he took it and started talking to another worker. They both looked confused for some reason & then finally mixed it. They acted as if it was such an inconvenience that I asked them to do their job the right way. Imagine how it is for the customer having to drive while also trying to mix their drink. When he handed me the drink, he said āJust so you know, thereās a button in the app if you want it mixedā. I've had a lot of different staff interactions that have been wonderful but I repeatedly have have fantastic service if I go in the morning with a staff member by the name of Ben. He is the nicest young man who goes out of his way to be nice and give extra good service. I've been going later in the day.So I hadn't seen him for a while and I went early the other day and he said... oh my goodness, I haven't seen you for so long.Have you been doing okay??? It's that kind of personal attention that really makes your day. Just very kind and thoughtful and always making suggestions about drinks and food. And most of the staff there is excellent. When I pulled my phone out to do the review I was reading some of the reviews left for this particular Starbucks and I was amazed when I saw a couple of bad reviews because they really are always so good and I go many many times a week. EVERY OTHER location charges me the 80-whatever cents for the inclusion, but this location has insisted, on multiple occasions, on attempting to charge me over 5 dollars for a water with 80 cents of strawberries in it. So if I want no ice in a drink, I am charged more, for more product. Ok. But when I request NO product because I want WATER, the price is the same as full product? Even FIJI water does not cost that much.
