Out of towner here. What a fun experience. Was cool to watch them make the ice cream with nitrogen. Talked with the owner(?) who makes the batter for the waffle cones. Was complimenting her on the taste of it and she said she makes it in-house. Ice cream was cold and solid - just the way I think ice cream should be, not soft and melting. I come this area yearly and now I will be making sure to stop here again. I snapped some before and after pics. People who say its pricey - well, nitrogen is expensive. To me its worth it. $7 for a large ice cream with waffle.

First time doing the nitrogen ice cream thing … definitely will again = Delicious Place needs a little TLC on the cleanliness but the service and ice cream were great Scores: Jamocha Fudge 8.5 ( fantastic) Strawberry Pecan 8.1 (delicious) You can create any type of concoction you desire - the portion sizes were very generous If you are staying at Holiday Inn Key largo - this is a 60 second walk.

Great idea to make ice cream this way. Depending on individual choice, ice cream might taste better or worse - I don't fully understand why people complain about their own choice. Service was ok, the spot looked a bit meaningless from the outside, the room insight is a bit too small, so overall marketing could possibly improve.

This place is amazing!!!! I thought that I was stopping for ice cream. Who knew I was actually about to embark on an incredible experience! Edwina greeted us with a smile. She took our order and then the nitrogen went on..It was like wizardry. There was nitrogen "smoke" everywhere..My 11 year old was as in awe as my husband and I were. Shamika came to help Edwina and they put on a Nitrogen show, making the ice cream before our eyes, turning on the Nitrogen, showing my son what Nitrogen looks like. It was incredible. Truly an amazing experience. The ice cream was tasty! Apparently Sub-Zero was on Shark Tank but the guys didn't invest. Too bad for the Sharks..This place is a winner..I would hire them for parties, weddings, whatever I could..Best ice cream experience ever. Thank you Edwina and...

Okay, 5 stars because it's in Key Largo. If it were in Boston, I'd give it 4, but I've not been able to find very good ice cream in Key Largo on past trips. I've tried several other places and, well, it was ice cream so it was good, but also a bit disappointing. This place, on the other hand, was definitely good. This is where I'll be going for ice cream on future visits to Key Largo.

Oh, and so many flavors to choose from! Since they mix for you after you order and then freeze it, you can combine them to make even more flavors. I had maple-butterscotch, and could taste both the maple and...

Horrible experience. Spent $20 on nothing. The ice cream isn’t worth the wait or the experience. The people working there were realy oddly shy to be working in an ice cream shop and didn’t even tell us when our ice cream was done after 20 mins of waiting. She just put it on the counter and walked away. By the time I turned around it was halfway melted. You couldn’t just tell me or walk it to me? I was 5 feet away. There was two other customers waiting to be acknowledged and instead got ignored becuase the woman’s friend was there. BADDDD customer service. Ice cream was so not worth the aggravation...
