I am literally sitting inside subway as I write this review. Horrible customer service and rude employee. They forgot the cheese inside both the sandwiches. They made one sandwich completely wrong adding ingredients I didn't order and not adding ingredients I did. This is very dangerous for someone with food allergies. I ordered through the app so there shouldn't be multiple mistakes since they have it typed up for them and not verbally told to them. There were two employees working on November 21, 2021 at 4:10pm. Employees are one male and one female. I don't like throwing away food especially when someone incompetent can't do their job right and then give attitude when a customer complains that they received something they didn't order. Everyone keeps on blaming Covid and telling customers to be nice but if employees did their job right and had better customer service there wouldn't be anyone being rude back or complaining.
I don't like throwing away food so the solution was that they gave me cold cheeses to sprinkle on my toasted sandwiches. Good thing I sat down to eat it there otherwise I would have noticed at the hotel. Sandwich was soggy even though I grabbed it the second they put it on the shelf. Read moreGiving these ladies 5 great stars. Was just in the store and a lady ahead of me stated that she bought a couple sandwiches 2 days ago. 1 sandwich was "cold" when it was supposed to be hot. So she wanted the same toasted sandwich comp'd. I believe it was the manager that was dealing with the customer. Manager had a confused look on her face as to why this particular sandwich would of been cold because it is clearly a toasted sub. After letting the customer know that a receipt would have helped her case, and I'm paraphrasing, and a couple of deep breaths, she comp'd the sandwich to the customer. After the customer left, I joked around with the staff to lighten the mood. I mean come on people. You have complaints about the food and you are coming in 2 days later with no receipt, just a text message on your phone. Anyway, big compliments to the staff of this Subway.
