Normally I love Subway! I just love sandwiches. It's hard not to please me. And I've been to this location in Naples Park a bunch of times. They were all good. Until today. Overall, nothing was terrible. It was just not on par for Subway. First, the main reason we were going was for my husband to try the new ciabatta sandwiches. So, first strike, no ciabatta bread, they no honey wheat bread. Thank goodness they had my favorite herb and cheese bread or we would have been outta there! Second strike was when my husband asked for the onion to be toasted with his sandwich and was ignored and then given an attitude when he asked again so that the sandwich wasn't toasted without it. Third strike was maybe more to be blamed on corporate or whomever decided that a garlic and herb vinegarette should be called a garlic aioli. Even I know that aioli is a creamy mayo type sauce. My husband asked for it and then argued about what they were putting on his sandwich. Anyways, these could all be just a bad day. But it made for a weird experience. Read moreI did an order on my app and went in to pick it up. It was only two subs. I get all the way back home and the subs were not right one of them did not have the correct condiments and the other one was the totally wrong sandwich. It was supposed to be a Subway club and I got a turkey sub I called back to the manager and a gentleman name Hector told me that there was nothing he could do for me except apologize . He would not remake the subs or anything. He said there was nothing he could do for me . the sandwiches went in the garbage not to mention the restaurant was empty at the time, and the cleanliness was not too good. Definitely horrible customer service I will not return and I definitely do not recommend this location...
Read moreQuality has decreased dramatically at this subway since early 2023. The previous owners would make the subs themselves and the ingredients were always fresh. Whoever runs the store now uses bread from the previous day and reheats it to try to soften it, but that only makes it drier. They also freeze their produce to make it last longer. I went during my lunch break at 11am and you could still see the frost on the tomatoes and lettuce. Their cookies are often stale too. I recommend going to another subway, or to Jersey Mikes in the plaza just to the northeast if you want...
