Worst Subway experience ever! My wife and I came there to order at 6pm May 5,2022. There was no one there. The store was still open as all the product was out. We waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. When one of the Walmart managers walked by we asked if he could have the person paged. He obliged and she was paged. We waited a couple of more minutes and when she arrived she started with attitude that she works 14.5 hours, gets no break and can’t even go to the bathroom. When I suggested that she just leave a note on the counter then customers would know what was going on. She started railing about how she does not have to take my money, and why was she paged. I see now from previous posts that I was not the only one who has had issues with this woman. I could not even complain to Subway as you need a number on the receipt. After how we were treated we did not purchase anything there. Avoid this place...

Read moreI wanted to share my recent experiences at the Subway in Walmart #5727. Last week, I ordered a footlong Italian sub with tuna, but it was a letdown. The bread given was plain white and about 3 days stale, veggies were old and limp, and the tuna didn't taste fresh. Plus, within 45 minutes of eating, my stomach started acting up.
Today, I swung by again and saw a customer patiently waiting while the employee took a smoke break outside. After waiting for 20 minutes and seeing the employee still outside, I suggested to the customer that they try Jersey Mike's or anywhere else.
