This was my second visit. The first was a 5 star experience in regard to service and quality of food. I ordered in the store on that visit. For this one, I ordered ahead online. I was told where the bag was with my order and to look at the receipt to know which one was mine. I have 2 miner complaints and 1 major one for which I'll never visit this store again. 1. The food quality was barely eatable. The end of the bread was stale and the meatballs looked like they could have been yesterday's leftovers. 2. They had the wrong flavor soda hooked up to the diet Pepsi nozzle. I'm no expert but I'm guessing it was Dr. Pepper. Both these could be overlooked. My biggest complaint is that one of the cookies that came with my meal had a very obvious bite taken out of it! Thinking it might have been broken when they grabbed it, I took a closer look. There were unmistakable teeth grooves around the gap. I have absolutely no doubt this was a bite mark. Something like this isn't a simple "oops". Taking a bite out of a cookie and still serving it to a customer had to be deliberate. If it wasn't the server that took the bite (a short female directed me to we're the bag was; didn't see her name), then I would like to think the bite mark cookie would have been spotted and pulled off the line. Regardless, I caution everyone getting food from this location, check your food thoroughly before leaving the store. Imagine if I was Door Dash and I gave that to a customer....
Read moreOn 10.17.2025 I visited your location at 8919 U.S. 301, Parrish, FL 34219. I am a rewards, customer and visit he store at least twice a week. On this particular day, I entered the store and was the only one in the store and standing at the counter.The employee at the location was slicing meat.She finished slicing the meat and then came over to the counter and asked me what I wanted. I told her and then she got an online order. And started doing the online order before making my sandwich. After waiting fifteen minutes from the meat slicing and working on the online order she hadn't started my sandwich or get the bread out to make my sandwich. When I ask her if she was going to make my sandwich, she told me that she had three online order and was doing them first. I told her I didn't have time to wait. And to just cancel my order and was walking out. Her response was that she had to do the online orders first and that She was the only one there. When I told her to cancel my order, her response was "for real" and I told her, I didn't have time to wait. I had an appointment. I didn't think it was a big issue since she hadn't even started making my sandwich to begin with. Then, she told me to never come back. Which I would never talk to a customer that way. Read more9-5-25 I have come to the subway in Parrish many times three times a week we ordered the same item, last week it was toasted and burnt. I let it go by, today it was toasted burnt and you could smell it in the store. I asked the young lady if she could make us another bread because it was burnt she said that’s the way they are when they’re toasted I explained to her that this is the second time she has burnt my sandwich. I asked her for a new bread. She told me no if I didn’t like it I could leave and never come back to the store. I think that is very unprofessional.
