employees are very rude. they don’t say hi or how can i help you instead they say “what you want” or stare until you address them. instead of having orders ready and prepared for take out they have items half prepared and tell you what items you need to grab for your order. when you ask to use the restroom it’s “out of service” but when asked where they use the restroom it’s silence. people work hard for their money and deserve to get the service they pay for. without the customers there is no business. as a stock owner/ share holder for this company i'm disappointed. people don’t pay to get disrespected, (they shouldn’t). not only is it a health violation but it’s also unethical to deny customers of using the restroom. i hope better training is done in the future. i also hope that employees realize they get paid based on service not attendance. when asked for contact information for management it suddenly doesn’t exist. i find that extremely...
Read moreI order a takeout order online from the wrong location. I tried contacting the Oakland Park location from the phone number provided, and the number is no good. Then I went online to contact customer service, it only says "to obtain a gift card or get a loyalty balance, go to subway.com" and then disconnects. The customer service online portal only gives options about food, no where to request an order cancellation, refund option, or a number to speak with anyone. I find this process ridiculous. An organization as large as subway should certainly give customers an option to speak with a customer service represent. As expensive as the food is, they should be able to afford a customer service call center. So now, I have paid for an order that I can not get refunded. I have hopes that at least these reviews are reviewed and I will get a reply from a manager that can help...
Read moreLady that was working this shift is inadequate for this entry level position. we presented a coupon as well as the rest of the Mailing coupon list which had not been used. the server accused us of using the bogo footlong scan coupon. we then proceeded to use a different coupon which gave her the same error. she told us that it's been used as well. my wife handed her the whole coupon mailing list to scan the whole things if she needed proof.
The issue being she didn't assist us with anything and blamed us directly. the server did not have any problem solving skills as if it was an issue with the sale she could have cancelled the sale and started a new one. she did not try anything besides just rescanning the same coupon. not to mention the attitude she'd given us, her only solution seemed like pay & leave was...
