After being a regular customer for 10 years I was treated so badly here and I didn't even get an apology.There was an issue on THEIR end with the register, so she was allowing people people in front of me to use cash or a IOU kinda deal (two people walked out saying they would be back and one family ate inside). My sub was already completed and I wasted patiently for my turn for over 30 minutes. When I finally reached the lady, after reminding her three times I have a card and the young worker repeating it louder for me twice. She cashed year rudely YELLS at me "cash only, I guess I need a sign cause ppl dont listen". She never mentioned once cash only. I walked out with my family and the woman behind me as well cause after spending our entire lunch break and leaving with nothing to eat, we didn't even get an apology. Sent emails after emails complaining about the treatment and the excuses I got were "its independently owned i'l forward your concern to the right person" it's been almost two months and still not thr slightest apology for how unfairly ive been treated. I wasn't even asking for a free sub, I just wanted to eat until they computer came back up or I could have ran to the ATM. I was even willingly tui hand over my ID until I came back but for some reason I didn't get the good deal like everyone else. Just down the is fire house subs, my new place for lunch. Lake Mary Blvd We use this location always , but today upon asking for more olives for my kids sandwich, was told sorry we don’t do more olives it costs us money, and that if it was happening before they were not doing it right also if I love olives so much I should make olive sandwich at home , and that she is the regional manager if I complaint about her attitude it will come back to her to check so it’s of no use. I have never seen anyone talk to any guest like that, she didn’t seem fit for the service , if subway is hiring such managers I feel bad for the customers . Her name was Deb behners . I would highly recommend subway higher management to let her attend few courses on customer service before she is allowed to see anymore customers. Read moreOne guy working there alone said he's been there for only two weeks. Ripped the bread making the sandwiches. I said Mayo and he grab the mustard and squirted it all over. I told him no, so he grabbed all the toppings and threw it away. Didn't even get all the mustard off. Then didn't change gloves, stuck his hand right back into the lettuce with mustard hands and proceeded to put mustard covered lettuce all over the sandwich... Dirty station, almost zero tuna on the sandwich. I can't believe the small amount of the main sandwich protein for $9.39. I basically had a pickle and mustard lettuce sandwich. I went out of my way to go to this Subway because the one closest to my house the girls there are so RUDE, and this is what I got. Does no one care about quality anymore??...
