If I could ONLY give you a 1/4 STAR that would be TOO MUCH. The service was AWFUL and the WAIT time RIDICULOUS!!! People were there WAITING for way TOO LONG considering it really WASN'T BUSY. They had cars all around the building and CUSTOMERS just STANDING and WAITING for their food at the front of the store INSIDE.
As with ALL Taco Bell's it seems that your TACO STICKS to the paper even when it is in one of those little flimsy holders BOTH the PAPER WRAP and the HOLDER STICK to your taco. Your burritos are nothing like what they used to be no matter what one you order. We won't even talk about your taco salads that I will no longer get and haven't for years. I'm not the only one that used to get taco salads and said that you have gone downhill ... DON'T WORRY I'm talking about the whole franchise.
TACO BELL you need to work on your food, because just like your red headed step brother/sister Pizza Hut your FOOD is STARTING to really GO DOWN HILL. I ordered SUPREME tacos and got home to find I just had a REGULAR tacos.
How can you have people WAITING that LONG. I'm talking about not really more than about five people inside the store AND still MESS UP the ORDER. Oh I know your EMPLOYEES were probably back there PLAYING on your PHONES, JOKING and stuff. Because I noticed your employees were moving all around in the store, but NOTHING seemed to be GETTING DONE. Sorry I am talking about the store in LAKE MARY FLORIDA when it came to the wait and getting my order wrong. I paid for the works only to get...
Read moreI went here about a half hour before closing and the staff pretended I was not there at the drive through. I looped around once to see if anyone was inside and I did see people. My second loop around there was still no talking through the drive through.
I pulled the door, which was open. For the record, this is a security issue for the staff. They do not lock the doors after the stores indoor hours closed. Anyone who wants to rob the place can, as long as the manager on staff is the one who was here on 6/21/23. They don't lock the doors and that's maybe something the owner would be concerned about.
anyway, once I walked in the manager said the indoor was closed and the drive through attendant was totally trying to talk to me but the comms system is broken, and i have to pull to the window.
Once at the window, the employee had no headset, as if they were a liar and they were pretending I wasn't there was the solution. That cant have been the case, however, because they wanted to take an order.
I ordered, but they said "we are actually out of food"
So in conclusion. The overnight manager tells their employees to pretend they aren't there, you can rob them cuz they don't lock the doors, and if you call them on the pretending they aren't there, they pretend the food store is out of food. I know this is BS cuz they don't get their trucks between Tuesday at 0400 between opening on wedsday.
Again, i cannot emphasize that anyone could rob this place cuz they dont lock the doors. the managers should...
Read moreOverall, I have to give this Taco Bell a low rating because I was left waiting in their restaurant for a pick up order for about 20 minutes with not so much as a "hello" from the employees. Had they checked on my order, they would have been able to let me know that my order did not go through, or at least see that they did not have a mobile order placed under my name at this location. After a while, of course, I realized it myself, that my phone had indeed died before I was able to hit the 'place order' button, therefore leaving me waiting in the over0crowded restaurant for nothing. Once I did successfully place the order, though, I was disappointed upon the arrival back at my hotel because they had excluded the entire Cheesy Gordita Crunch Combo, except for the drink, and that is only because I asked about it before I left. They probably felt bad that I had waited there for as long as I did, and gave it to me without a second glance at the receipt. Not that they would have noticed that an entire combo was missing-it was a big order. Not only that: they also forgot to include all 20 sauce packets I had actually added to the mobile order- 10 hot and 10 mild, nothing complicated, but I wanted to ensure that they didn't forget. Maybe I shot myself in the foot by putting it on the order instead of asking a few times, because I did not get one. It was too much of a hassle, and too expensive, to order an Uber back to their location for them to fix it, although I'm sure they would have if I...
