China King — Restaurant in Florida

This place is hands down serving up authentic Chinese food. I'm from Tampa Florida and this place nails it down! The food was delicious and was ready in a few minutes. Customer service was also on point and they check your order in front of you to make sure your happy. I've seen some previous reviews on Google about this place after I put in my order. After speaking to the manager. I learned several restaurants in this strip plaza had code violations; this was due to the landlord refusing to have the entire strip building tented by a professional pest control company. The Burger joint that sits on the corner of this strip plaza "there no mom & pop operation" has filed a lawsuit in collaboration with other restaurant tenants in this plaza against the landlord of the strip plaza. The Burger joint has paid to eradicate the pest in the building "ceiling-walls" therefore everyone who suffered bad reviews and code violations are suing the property owner not to mention the money he owes his tenants, but that's my opinion. I'll definitely spend my money with this Chinese spot again BECAUSE they stepped it up to make code and are doing what they can to get positive reviews. I came there to pick up a delivery order. The girl at the front desk was on the phone for several minutes never acknowledged me. I told her I was there to pick up an order and ask her if that order that was sitting on the counter was mine. She stated no and continued talking on the phone never letting the kitchen know that I was waiting to pick up a delivery. After standing there almost 7 minutes while she is still on the phone. After 12 minutes I asked her to check on the order (by the way she was still on the phone). I told the girl that it's taking too long that I'm thinking of cancel this order the girl at the front desk says to me " go ahead they'll just send another driver". Finally one of the cooks came from the back obviously he heard me and a minute after he hands me my clients food. Before I walk out the door I told the young lady she needs to change her attitude and be more professional. She says "you're not the delivery service company So". And I told her but however I can give your business a very bad review so that the delivery company no longer wants to do business with this restaurant. While sitting in the parking lot waiting for family to get off of work at another establishment. I notice 2 children waking back and fourth to the dumpster with bags. When they walked back to go back into their restaurant their bags were heavy. Then 5-10 minutes later I notice baby kittens running from the back of their establishment and running across the parking lot. A grown woman in a SUV drove the younger child back to the dumpster to look for the kittens. While the older one chase several of the kittens up the sidewalk towards TJMax and into the bushes on the side of TJ Max using his flashlight from his cell phone. I took videos some came out clear and some are too far away. They were very comfortable doing this at night I got there around 9:15pm and was there until 10:20pm.
