Every single time we come to this location, they have a younger gentleman working by himself, who clearly should not be. We constantly try to keep giving more chances, however we are met with the same experience eachhh and everyyyy time. I will take the time to drive farther away from my home to the Cleveland location due to the poor customer service at this location. We should not have to wait on this gentleman to do all of his duties of cleaning, before we are able to be acknowledged. I get it, sometimes employees are in the middle of something and we have to wait for them to finish to get to us. However, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME! We will have to wait 5 minutes for him to come from the back, doing whatever he is doing.. to come take our order. He clearly does not give a damn if you make sales or not. He also will be on the phone, and stay on the phone and try to do your order at the same time, makes the ordering very difficult, and confusing. When a customer comes in, it's time to hang up with the small talk with your buddies, you can call him back after you complete our order!!! If I owned this establishment, he would be out of there immediately. I see this place gets a lot less traffic then it should, seeing the reviews I see why. Read moreThe kid there is in another world. He stares at you blankly while wearing a earpod most likely listening to music. You not only have to tell him what sandwhich you will like 3 times but you have to repeat each ingredient several times and if thats not enough, he over charges by $1.25.
Sometimes you ask for dressing and he just wraps it up with no dressing. He doesnt ask if you want your sandwhich toasted or not he just does what he feels like. They need an adult behind the counter that can take a simple sandwhich order properly. There been times they also decline a coupon for a sandwhich even when the coupon states its good for all sandwhiches except 2-3 and the one you order is none of those stated.
The store can be empty, the same kid will look at you when you enter and just proceed to clean or what ever hes doing and make you wait until hes fully done to even acknowledge you. They are also skimmping on the sandwhiches.

She said yes, come in. I sent my office girl there to pick up lunch for the entire office. She comes back with 6" subs. I called and said, why did you still charge me full price for a basic 6" sub when you just said you would honor it. Long story short, She gets an attitude with me on the phone, hands me off to another woman who then starts to argue with me. I know it's petty, but I though businesses had more respect for customers.
