I placed 2 online orders through mobile app and got confirmation for same. I also received confirmation for 1st order ready for pick up. On mobile app it showed both orders are ready. Went to pick up order 15 mins after pick up time only to know that they have not prepared my order as bread was not available. Then staff members tells us we have to wait for another 15 min as bread is being baked. We decided to wait and go back after 15 mins. They only processed 1 order. When we asked about 2nd order, they tell us they don't have 2nd order, ask us to wait then they say it did not go through system. Then they call some one and decide to give us. After another 30 mins we got our second order which they did not prepare properly. They were ignoring us all the time. Staff member was so rude and unprofessional. They treated us like they are giving it for free. Forget about apologizing, she even did not bother to look at us or say hi. We were waiting at pick up counter and she started serving a new customer who came after us. I still have charge on my account for 2 orders and they only processed one order in their system. If you hate it that much quit your job. You are extremely rude, and should not be working in customer service with that attitude. I don't recommend this location unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. Read moreDO NOT GET SUBS AT THIS SUBWAY. The staff is horrible!!! The girl today barely spoke English. She acted like I was bothering her by ordering 4 subs. You would think the staff would be happy I am giving them more business. She actually asked the people behind me how many sandwiches they wanted because they spoke spanish. It seemed as though she wanted to help them more than me. Then as she is preparing my sandwiches, she ran out of pickles. It was 5:30 in the afternoon.....and she said there were no more pickles in the entire store. I am sure there were more in the back, but she was too lazy to go get them. AMAZING!!!!
