I ordered off the subway app and the food was never delivered. I called this subway and they said it was not their problem and I had to call the delivery driver. The app doesn’t even tell you which service picked it up. So I had to call the store back and basically demand to find out who picked it up. Turns out it was DoorDash. DoorDash doesn’t have any record of picking it up. So I call back and ask for a manager because they still refuse to help. I was told the manager was not there and to call back in The morning. So I go in there after they said they were too busy to investigate and ask them to please just replace the food and they still refuse! So long story short if your food doesn’t show up there is no one to hold accountable apparently. Everyone will point the finger at the other meanwhile I had to pay in full again for the food I never got. Whatever happened to accountability the world we live in is out of control. The staff was completely rude and refused to acknowledge that $52 dollars of mine is gone to their app yet they didn’t care. Do your self a favor and never order from this subway the whole experience was unbelievable and they really need to be ashamed of themselves. However both times I've gone to this location, they've been very stingy with the toppings and frown or refuse when you ask for more, even with different employees. Then they give you a tiny bit of sauce, barely add more when you ask & again with the frowning. No one likes a dry sandwich 🤮 It ain't exactly cheap so you should be able to get what you want.
