Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered off the subway app and the food was never delivered. I called this subway and they said it was not their problem and I had to call the delivery driver. The app doesn’t even tell you which service picked it up. So I had to call the store back and basically demand to find out who picked it up. Turns out it was DoorDash. DoorDash doesn’t have any record of picking it up. So I call back and ask for a manager because they still refuse to help. I was told the manager was not there and to call back in The morning. So I go in there after they said they were too busy to investigate and ask them to please just replace the food and they still refuse! So long story short if your food doesn’t show up there is no one to hold accountable apparently. Everyone will point the finger at the other meanwhile I had to pay in full again for the food I never got. Whatever happened to accountability the world we live in is out of control. The staff was completely rude and refused to acknowledge that $52 dollars of mine is gone to their app yet they didn’t care. Do your self a favor and never order from this subway the whole experience was unbelievable and they really need to be ashamed of themselves. Sad thing is nobody cares and customers are a dime a dozen so I am doing my little part to spread the word even tho it doesn’t...

Subway has advertised you can get as many veggies as you want, in line with their lose weight with fresh food campaign. However both times I've gone to this location, they've been very stingy with the toppings and frown or refuse when you ask for more, even with different employees. Then they give you a tiny bit of sauce, barely add more when you ask & again with the frowning. No one likes a dry sandwich 🤮 It ain't exactly cheap so you should be able to get what you want. Plus customers should not be made to feel bad when this is normal at any other Subway... they should live up to the brand. On top of that this one does not accept coupons. Won't...

Today I went to this specific subway to use the restroom and I while I was in there a worker came inside the restroom to knock on my door while I was inside,asking how long I was going to be there,first of all ,that’s highly unethical and unprofessional,and second of all the worker gave me an attitude,yelling in front of other customers about the restroom,nowhere in there says that I have to buy something to use it and having someone knock on a bathroom door ,jezzz ,the people that work at the place are very disrespectful,rude and have very poor customer service skills ,something needs to be done about this ,I won’t take no discrimination...
