Went to the Taco Bell that has a Pizza Hut connected to it on,7970 Winter Garden Vineland Rd & Reams Rd., Windermere, FL. We went to the Pizza Hut first due to we had just had Mexican. They weren't due to close for another 10 minutes, the door was open but the manager said he wouldn't serve us cause they already started breaking down even though they had customers in there waiting for pizza. I've worked in restaurants all my life and always allow guests in to order till closing time. I'm very disappointed in Pizza Hut. As we were moving to the Taco Bell drive-thru a Pizza Hut employee came out the back and apologized to us & told us normally they would serve us but the manager working that night always stops serving early. So we get to the Taco Bell drive-thru order board and the guy taking orders tells us their system is down we need to place a mobile order. We drive thru try to order but it wants us to pay with debit or credit and we only had cash I called the restaurant tell the employee that answers who we are that he just talked to us about placing the mobile order but we only had cash. He said no problem come back through the drive-thru. These guys were Great cause they were getting all the people Pizza Hut wouldn't serve and even with the down system they handled business. The staff working late night, we were there at 1a.m. Saturday July 30th, 2022 are an asset to the Taco Bell Company and should be recognized for Excellent Customer Service. I'm just sorry I didn't get their names. They even gave us a coupon for a free taco each (2 of us) for the bad service we got at Pizza Hut. Thank You Guys at Taco...
Read morePlaced an order online. When I got there to pick up the order the drive thur line was around the building and going into th bank’s parking lot who is the business behind this Taco Bell. When I got to the speaker they said they would be with me shortly. I waited for a while at the speaker when finally someone came onto help , I informed them I had placed an online order, when getting to the window they told me it would be ready in a little , I sat at the window for some time with my car in park, I noticed the entire time I was waiting that no care came behind me even though the line was still around the building. The 2 team members working the drive thur we’re talking with each other but not taking any additional orders , in total it took 40 minutes to pick up an online order. I understand places are short on staff right now , however this was just a lack of a sense of urgency and good service. The food we got ended up being ok, however the service was poor . I like Taco Bell I hope they can do better...
Read moreWe waited in line for almost an hour. We had ordered specific items from the cravings box and two cheesy rollups on the side . Instead of 90% of what we ordered, we got 3 bags of chips. I don't understand how you mistake 2 cheesy Gordita crunches AND 2 cheesy rollups for 3 bags of chips. Each order takes about 25 minutes for them to complete before moving on. How is it still being messed up so badly when so much time is taken on the orders? I was told the mobile orders are messing up the orders of people ordering in the moment. Why offer mobile ordering to begin with if this is the result and those who use it are inconvenienced? It wouldn't be a big deal but this is a consistent issue. I have yet to have a correct order provided. After living here for almost 6 months and having this problem every time, you'd think SOMETHING would be improved. Jeremiah was kind enough to offer a refund should we visit again but that doesn't rectify every future order that seems to have high odds of being provided...
