The fabric of this great country has always been the hard work of our men and women no matter their job. Somewhere along the way we have lost that. And while this country may be experiencing a renaissance of its former glory to carry itself out of the pit we find ourselves in, it is women like Danielle who are setting the example. The example that you don’t need a fancy corner suite, a distinguished job title, or a glamorous office job downtown. This country wasn’t built on that. This country was built on the backs of the Danielle’s who do what they must to make ends meet and do it to the best of their ability. I’m not a regular at Taco Bell. But I WILL always use this location to have the experience of ordering with Danielle. Somewhere along the way, we changed the idea of capitalism into corporations breaking the backs of our citizens to squeeze every dollar out of them they can. But what Danielle reminded me is that the best version of capitalism is one where the product/service isn’t just good but the way in which that product/service is delivered is what turns a customer into a repeat customer and takes a company further and to the top through its loyal patrons. In a time where our future looks bleak and companies can’t find employees to earn half their paycheck, Danielle is out here working a night shift and OWNING it. THESE are the people who need to be poured into. THESE are the people that need to grow with the company. The Danielle’s of this world, are the men and women who regardless of their current circumstance, they press on toward the goal, the hope of The American Dream. Knowing that hard work and dedication, pursued consistently for long enough with reap the rewards one seeks. Our dreams may not all look the same but the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness will never leave the soul of this country and it hasn’t left Danielle. What I experienced tonight wasn’t just a Taco Bell order but a spiritual resurgence in my hope for a brighter future for all our people, a hope for better opportunity for all our citizens, a hope for our brothers and sisters to have the chance to WORK for the life that only this country can provide. Thank you, Danielle. Never lose that spark you showed me tonight. Be the example our children need. Be the driving force your circle needs. Iron sharpens iron. Continue to lift those up around you.

After getting off work last night, i decided to get me a snack box to calm my hunger. I checked my food before eating.It broke my heart. The meat was cold , lettuce was full of water so it made the bread wet. I called the restaurant 6 times, to let them know that i couldn't eat it but the phone line was busy everytime i call. I call this morning @8am to speak to the manager, to let her know what happen. An employee answered the phone so i begin to tell the employee what problem i had. The employee said I'm gonna let u speak to the store manager. The manager was rude how she got on the phone with "Can i help u "was her words. I said gm, i thought that would be her word as well. She was very rude to me ,yelling and telling me, that there is no way the meat was cold because they keep the meat at a certain temperature. I told her that, it must not been kept at that temperature cause my meat was cold, and not from the veggies or sour cream. I know cause i eat from Taco Bell at lease twice a week. I told the manager that I'm gonna bring it back to get some fresh food. You would think she would have said sorry and come back in and we'll make you fresh food. I told the manager, I didn't call to argue about the situation, i just want fresh food and i will bring the food back, before work. Very upsetting I actually did a review on this location in the past of all 5 stars but tonight when I decide to go in with my 2 girls no one including the Manager acknowledged us for over 6 minutes until they called my name to ask another woman working there if she was working on the Jennifer order referenceing the drive thru so I spoke up and said that's my order I'm Jennifer the Manager glanced at me very quickly still did not acknowledge spoke again to the other employee so I said again. Excuse me I have a issue? I have 4 beef supreme tulip is on my order and only need to she then proceeded to tell me. That there is absolutely nothing she could do to help me.I even said bro can we just git's cinnamon delights? Instead of 2 of the beef supreme chalupas which would still come out to more than the cinnamon delights and the manager proceeded to tell me no. She would not do that period so sad to say.
