Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

This is the worst Taco bell I've ever been to. The short, overweight, glasses wearing, frazzled hair manager is horrid. She's extremely rude to her employees and rude to the customers.

The employees constantly mess up orders I bit into a piece of plastic found in the middle of my crunchwrap Once had a horrible stomach ache after eating my favorite food item on their menu (the taco salad). Someone in there doesn't know how to make bean burritos. I've actually gotten several "bad" bean burritos to the point that I don't buy them anymore. By bad, I mean they literally almost have no bean paste. It's a thinly wrapped tortilla with a squirt of bean paste. They look malnourished, which I didn't even know possible.

I've even confronted the manager on this and she told me that's how they're made. She said it with such a foul attitude and I stared back at her and let her know that no, they are never made like this, regularly. To which she just ignored me and waddled away.

I wish they would just close this place down and start again with new employees. You would only like this place if you barely come here. I, unfortunately, come here whenever I didn't have the time to make myself...

Usually I get a spicy potato soft taco and a spicy tostada. The spicy tostada is always slathered in sauce. It's terrible. I hated how much sauce they put so I asked for sauce on the side and guacamole. They still put a ton of sauce in my food . It's a trend at this Taco Bell that all the workers and unaware what they have to do. The guy looked at me as if no one has ever asked for sauce on the side. It's not his fault though, it's the person training these people. Every worker I've come across at this Taco Bell has been not too sure of how to do their job and always somehow mess up my order. I loved this place but the service has really gone down hill. Not to mention the guy put lettuce on the side instead of guacamole on my receipt.. so I had to explain to him he put it wrong after they already gave me a portion of lettuce. He then went to the kitchen to give me a side of guac... sad part is I know there is a mini fridge under the register where they store sauces like guac.. and I never have worked there or been behind...

This place screwed my order up one too many times.

I checked with the personnel over the intercom and the exterior drive thru screen to make sure my order was correct...it wasn't.

I still don't understand how its humanly possible to mess up a cheese quesadilla with JUST CHEESE NO SAUCE. What i received was a paper body bag with mutilated tortilla peices and taco fluid dripping all over my car.

The logical thing to do was to go back and complain. But I don't have time to tell people how to do their jobs, nor dispute a $5 pseudo Mexican cuisine.

I won't come here again, ill just make the 3 min drive to the other Taco...
