Diced- FIU — Restaurant in Florida

I don't understand this location but small side meat portions. Placed 5 shrimps in a sauce cup. Really now? Hard rice certain nights. Went to claim a credit last night which was offered... Not forced. Wasn't inputted and was asked for my email too. Waited about 30 minutes to resolve and get my food. Manager was professional and kind. Much appreciated. Cashier.... Not so much. Eye rolling and annoyed. BRF much??! So I was offered my redeemable credit of my points. Sure didn't reflect my bank account. Why do I go there. When informed ...she says "sorry!" and walked away hiding. Not resolving. I rather travel to the Kendall location near Miami Dade College. I come here 3 times per week or more. Get it together please. I'm about to curse someone out if these students behind the counter don't know how to display professional...

I love this Diced location! Everyone is so friendly and the service was wonderful. I really enjoyed my chicken bowl and would return here again. Special shout-out to Jose, the general manager, for his patience and great customer service. I witnessed him deal with a Karen and he had more patience than I ever would. He was offering this Karen so many solutions but she was being entirely rude. The staff handled the situation very professionally. As someone who works in customer service, I totally get it. Anyway, thanks again for the great experience and don’t let the Karens...
