KFC — Restaurant in Florida

Order food online never got my food i called the drive ..driver was still at the KFC manager gave my food to someone else that my food never arrived at my home manager didn't want to give me my food or a refund had to called doordash and the lady that works for doordash told her that she could refill my order and give to me or give a refund at 45min past that I made my order I been in this mission with this manager already pass 1 1/2 hours just to get my food she decided to refill my order but even thoug that I payed for my food she still wanted my to sign a pice of paper stated that I took my order after I showed her that the person that order the food was me showed her all the proper information that she need after I gave her my phone number that I didn't have to do but I did and sign that pice of paper she wanted my driver license number aswell well I said no do you want better my ss number instead come on people...look and the end of the day all the food that they cook though out the day that sitting thier for hours and the the reheat in pot containers that they have in the cook area were they do the the original and crisp chicken redip it and take it back out so it can be sold after sitting out thier for a long time you can tell how many time the reheat to sell back traces of the oil that is darker when they been using the same oil for the past 3,4 day that they don't change it every 2 days as it soppose to be when they are doing thier cleaning every night that's why the reheat thier chicken and what left over chicken the use it to make the chicken pot pie...if you chicken it's nice a crips that's because they changed the oil and didn't reheat or recooked your chicken if you see it kind of dark then they recooked the check because it was sitting thier and no o e...

KFC has always been my favorite fast food spot that serves fried chicken. Never in a million years would I have thought that a KFC would do me this dirty. I was excited to come home and enjoy my chicken tenders but I was met with disappointment when I saw these were the saddest and soggiest tenders I’ve ever seen. I don’t know if they were lazy with the breading or these were old but they weren’t much better than McDonald’s(which is a pretty low bar). The only reason this is getting 2 stars and not one was bc the seasoning was at least decent and the lady was kinda nice. Fries were falling apart but the biscuit was decent. I felt sick to my stomach afterwards which has never happened to me at a KFC. I understand that fried food isn’t healthy and might make you feel gross but not like this. KFC is supposed to be juicy and crispy. Not to mention we asked for sauces and got none. Calling this location a KFC is insulting to the company and makes the Colonel roll in his grave. I know damn well Mr.Sanders would not approve of this and at least he should be glad he’s not alive to see the incompetency of his chefs at this location. If you want to have the full KFC experience then go to the location off...
