I usually come to this Burger King and order the 2 whopper Jr. Special with heavy tomato, lettuce, onion and pickle. They always mess up the order somehow but that doesnt bother me because the managers are always friendly and try to fix my issue. Today one of the workers first tried to make me keep the wrong order and argue with me and my boyfriend. He threw the fries on the tray and they werent in the fry pod. Thinking that is a satisfactory way of presenting food when it actually is unsanitary and dissatisfactory. This worker has never served me before and seemed new he wasnt even trained on manners and how to treat customers properly. I asked for the manager because he didnt want to fix my food and he tried to talk over me when I was explaining to her my issue with the food. The second time I received the food it was still wrong, when my boyfriend went back to explain the issue to the manager and they came to agreement, she walked away and the same worker began talking back to my boyfriend and agitating him instead of attending the other customers, holding up the line that was growing. He said out of no where " a sandwich isn't going to look pretty when it has heavy everything" when he wasnt even being spoken to and the problem was that there was 9 pickles and one slice of onion. My boyfriend wasnt trying to have a confrontation or talk to him at all but he left his post to agitate him further and cause a scene. I didnt know burger King's slogan changed to "have it my way" instead of "have it your way". The manager wasnt able to catch the backhanded comment but it already ruined our appetite. At that point we decided to return the food, when I personally specifically tried to speak to the manager he decided to leave his post once again, ignore the customers in line, talk over me and the manager disrespectfully when he wasnt involved in the conversation. He was talking aggressively when I was trying to solve the issue with the manager. My boyfriend asked him why was he speaking to me and the new worker began to agitate us once again when there was a large line waiting to be attended. Read moreI hate this location. I ALWAYS have a problem here. No one was manning the second window to take money, and they wanted me to drive around the building again to pay at the unmanned window and potentially lose my place on line(instead of then walking 10 feet to take my money). This is the 2nd day they asked me to do this. I asked for sweeteners, and they didn't give me any, though they asked how many I wanted. They always seem to have new, poorly trained staff that do not enjoy customer service. I really hate how they run this store. Some of the worst management I have ever seen, and poor training. The food is often cold, and they often make it differently than advertised. Usually, the food here is a 1 or a food service safety violation, as in cold enough to give you food poisoning. I avoided this review, but it's a public service. Choose any Burger King in Miami, and it will be better than this one. Choose any place but this one. I hope they close it. Gosh, I hate this store. Read moreThe King would be disappointed in this location. I couldn't wait to write this just because of of my sub-par experience. I havent been in such a dirty restaurant. I am curious to know what exactly the closing managers did the night before because it looked like a lot of the garbage that was there had sat there ALL NIGHT. Almost every table was dirty. There was litter all over the floor, tables, picnic tables (despite the rainy weather), and the parking lot. There were so many people standing around bickering that these conditions are unacceptable. I walked in at approx 10:30 and there were maybe 3 other people there so there's no way they trashed it up before i got there. I feel they need better shift managers or a crew with better attention to detail and a sense of cleanliness. I had to use a wet wipe to bus my own table. 😂😂 unacceptable. Step it up.
