If you're looking for a quick and easy meal, Waffle House is the place to go. The food was great and the service was friendly and efficient. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit too quaint for my taste - I would've preferred a bit more of a party atmosphere. But overall, it was a great experience and also if you're looking for a more relaxed dining experience, I recommend checking out Waffle House's breakfast menu. The food is delicious and the setting is charming. The only downside is that the music is a bit too loud for my taste, but overall, it's a great place to eat. For a delicious and professional take out service, Waffle is the place for you! The waffles are delicious and definitely worth trying out. The drive through is also a great option if you're in a hurry. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant!

First impressions - very much a counter style diner, in all of the good ways. Very friendly chatty staff. Was clean and well maintained. Smelled good lol We were immediately greeted and seated. Chose to sit at the counter as there weren't any other customers at the time. Our server was super friendly and very engaging. It was kinda old school cool being able to watch and chit chat with the grill master (that's what they are called apparently) prepared our food. Didn't take long at all. The food was all very good. Good like you'd expect from a nice diner. Nothing ground breaking but definitely good. So after all the hype I've heard over the years about Waffle House, the visit was fairly anti-climatic, but definitely a good experience that I'd repeat. Maybe next time I'll try the waffles :)

On a Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m., I went to this Waffle House for a takeout order. While the environment was rather full, there was enough space for people to fit while also having a decent conversation without being interrupted. Priscilla, my cashier, was supported by Susie in ensuring that we had all of our food, condiments, beverages, and cutlery. I got two waffles to go, sausage, scrambled eggs, and a texas bacon, egg, and cheese melt along with apple juices. The cuisine was excellent; everything was prepared to my liking, the food arrived swiftly, and the service, combined with the atmosphere, was excellent.

The Waffle House location is not bad at all, nor have my previous experiences been. Today, January 20, 2019 Justin was such a terrible server I was writing this review as I cross the street back to Days Inn hotel. It took Justin 15 minutes to acknowledge my existence, it was Sunday morning but not jam packed. Just was very dry and asked what I would like to drink. I not only knew what I wanted to drink, but was ready to order my food. Justin seemed annoyed that I had actually come knowing what I wanted. I waited and waited, only to never get my drink. I asked the woman that seated me for the drink, she never brought it. Meanwhile a server named Kim had swiftly and happily served TWO tables. I finally got a plate of eggs, toast and guits, STILL no beverage. He told me he was waiting on my bacon. He brought the bacon nearly five minutes later and looked stunned when I politely asked where my waffle was. You would think he knew the all star came with a waffle. He scrambled with a confused look on his face and brought me a cold waffle lying like it was hot, yet the butter did not melt. I hope the management sees this and runs the cameras back from 9a. I will never let them give me this...

After a LONG trip overseas, and being further delayed from driving home because of Hurricane Helene, we were delighted to find our favorite comfort food restaurant 2 minutes from our hotel. Hubby and I were just looking for our favorite hashbrown bowl and waffle combo, but found SO much more---the restaurant itself was so clean, not freezing cold like most Waffle houses, but a comfortable temperature, and the staff, who were welcoming, warm, and for real friendly!! Our food was cooked perfectly ('well, well' for those crispiest hash browns is the way!) Danni, our a.m. server, was naturally friendly, bubbly, happy, and patient. The vibe was so positive, I couldn't help but chime in with the 'good mornings' as day shift staff and regulars poured in. We left happy, full, and glad to be back in America.

Then our vehicle wouldn't start---I ran back in to ask for help, Terry kindly grabbed her car and jumper cables and had us back on the road within minutes!!! Having worked in this industry my entire life, beginning at Waffle House in 1993ish, I was SO very delighted to experience the vibe of a caring staff who are obviously very tight!!! That's a real treasure in this business and the...

My visit was the evening of 29 October 2012. Around 9 p.m.

The food did exactly what it was supposed to do. While not the stuff of gourmet fare, it fits the bill for filling inexpensive chow that tastes good. Unfortunately my server Miss Brenda (the one with the pink hair and the piercings half hanging off her face) was pre-occupied. Apparently she had not been relieved of her shift yet and she made her feelings abundantly clear to everyone in the store on having to work an extra shift. This also reflected in my cold food which she took from my plate, put back on the flat grill and re-heated. I am not a certified food handing subject matter expert but I have a notion that food that has left the grill, eaten by a customer and put back on the grill is probably not in compliance with food safety guidelines. My efforts to engage her politely were rebuffed and I usually ended up talking to a ghost as she zoomed by. Good food. Very...
