We rarely order fast food in general. When we do, my kids love Taco Bell. We usually avoid this location because the Food is consistently cold and old tasting. Tonight we ended up stopping at this location for a quick, hot meal because our power is still out from Milton. I ordered through the app while still at home. Ordered at 5:45, arrived at the drive through at 6:05. Told the woman on the speaker that I had a mobile order. She asked my name and said “uhh we don’t have a mobile order. What time does it say it’ll be ready?”. Not realizing it would say a time, I opened my app and looked. It said it would be ready at 6:30 so I told her such. She proceeded to say “well it’s not ready then, pull around a park”. So it takes 45 minutes to make 6 tacos? Give me a break. If I didn’t already pay through the app, I would have just left. But I paid, so I waited in the line for every other car to get their food, pulled around and waited in the car for 25 minutes, with a screaming newborn in the back and 2 big kids complaining they’re hungry. (Which I’m fully aware is my problem. I’m simply stating that 6 tacos don’t take 45 fricken minutes to make). I then proceed to go back into the drive through at 6:30, tell them again I have a mobile order and my name. I’m hit with a stark “pull up”. So I do. The girl all but threw my food into my hands. No hello, no enjoy your food, nothing. Just plain rude. If you hate working for Taco Bell so much then quit? I don’t know why I even tried with this store. It’s literally always bad. Not that we were loyal customers by any stretch of the imagination, but we definitely won’t be back after tonight....
Read moreOrdered through Uber Eats, which picked the location to order from, and was looking fw to getting one of my fav fast food breakfast items delivered and starting out my Saturday morning right!!! Nope!!! Please note pic 1 is from this order and pic 2 is not from this order, included as examples. This was the worst TB experience I've ever had and ive has some doozies. I'm a huge fan of the sausage am crunchwraps when made correctly, and I expect for them to sometimes be missing jalapeno sauce or maybe the portion of eggs is too small, cause who really cares in this day and age about their job or doing their job the right way or respecting the customers spending their hard earned money on the food you make? Anyways, picture 1 says it all. Picture 2 is NOT FROM THIS ORDER and from the TB I usually order from and that is what this item should look like. See the difference? All of the sausage am crunchwraps were missing sausage patties, crumbled sausage was substituted instead, which IMO makes these things inedible and should be something your customers should know bf ordering. Every single am crunchwrap I received looked like a pig trough inside. I really think if TB put some effort behind their breakfast, improving quality and consistency and made breakfast available for more than 2 hours everyday from 9am to 11am, yes, I know a couple open at 8am, they could have a top seller or ar least improve breakfast item sales. But who cares? Right? I'm just the customer and you dont care about your job. Thanks...
Read moreI visited twice in 5 or 6 days. Day 1: I did a breakfast run at 8 am for some coworkers. I arrived a little early it seemed empty. At 8 I went to the drive through the automated voice spoke I waited and said hello no one answered so I left. As I got down the street I called the store. The person answered and said "Taco bell on 41." I asked when they open and she said "8am " so I went back. Got to the drive thru box auto voice and no answer. So I drove to the window. The lady there was counting a till. She opened the window and told me "I'm not open until 9." I responded with sincere confusion and politely informed her that I just called and I was told they open at 8. She proceded to tell me I talked to a recording when I said I called on the phone and was told by a person that answered the phone as "Taco Bell on 41" she got an attitude and just told me she opens at 9 and stared at me. So I took my business elsewhere. (Not the first time the store didn't open on time. )
Today I went on another run for coworkers and myself, choosing to arrive after 9. I get my food and it's is cold. Like not even remotely warm and I got 2 steak breakfast crunch wraps. The cheese didn't even start to melt, and was thrown together in such fashion that one of the wraps was falling apart when I opened it.
I don't recommend this Taco bell, if you can spare the time to drive the one on Cortez has better food quality...
