I’m actually extremely upset. I got to the restaurant at 10:10. I did a mobile order at home checked in when I got there put my stall number in. I am not even going by the time my mobile order said it would be ready. I sat there for 15 minutes after screen said order on its way. I only ordered two shakes. As I am sitting there people are pulling in next to me ordering their food at the restaurant and getting their food. One order was 40 bucks worth of food. Tell me how my shakes that were on there way still we’re there Buy the time a 40 dollar order was placed and delivered. I press the red call button after a few min someone answers asking what I would like to order. I explained I already ordered checked in and watch screen go threw the steps of received, preparing, and on its way. The lady asked my name and she left speaker on so I could hear her asking different workers if they had seen my order. It sounded as though she asked a certain person about scanning my order out. Then the lady on speaker said oh when I find it I will bring out. They bring it out now it’s been a total of well over 20 min that I have waited for an order on its way. Lady hands me two extremely melted shakes. Why wouldn’t you make new shakes if you forgot about them for 20 + min. Then no one even bothered to apologize for forgetting about my order. I finally left restaurant at 10:50. This is only my 3rd time ever being at a sonic. If this is how sonic operates I will not be back. Train your employees to apologize. People make mistakes I get it no one’s perfect. I wasn’t upset at all when they forgot my order. I didn’t get upset Till they brought out melted shakes and handed them to me. Read moreWe have gone several times and have always had trouble. We typically order on the app and check in when we get there. Every time without fail we have to walk up and wave someone down to get our order that has been done and left to cool down. The staff does not communicate and apparently does not know how to use the online ordering system. We place an order and are given an estimated wait time, go and pull in, check in on the app, then more than 10 minutes after waiting always have to go track someone down only to be given cold food. We have also used the button only to be told they will check and never hear back until we head up to the door. Poor service and constantly cold food because they will not bring it out and they get annoyed when you go up to their door.
Update 10/5/2025: I ordered through the app again and this time their drinks machines were down, found out when I went to pick up my food, they told me that I could get a refund through the app, contacted support and they told me to contact the store for a refund. I explained that the store sent me to them and they said they submitted a ticket and that the store should reach out to me and to contact them back if they do not. Read moreDarker skinned lady, wearing a bonnet and sweatpants is hands down the nastiest individual I have ever seen. I pull up to a lane for 15 minutes and wait after hitting the button four times. Other guests pulling up next to me were already getting their orders taken and only hitting the button once. I pull into another lane hit the button another 3 times and no response but sweatpants lady comes walking out the door looking the least bit professional, attitude written on her face, and doesn’t know how to respond to guests in a friendly manner. I asked why the order wasn’t being addressed and the response was were a little busy and that lane doesn’t work. Proceeded to ask why signs weren’t up advising guests not to use the broken lane and the response was “If this service ain’t good enough for you then just leave”. Being a business leader in the area, this employee would be terminated effective immediately. Horrible brand representation, horrible guest experience and down right rude, dismissive, and immature. Before the interaction this individual was on her personal phone near the building talking loud on speaker talking about multiple baby daddies, drugs, and other explicit/raunchy topics.
