There is a reason why when you call this phone number the first option is to make a complaint. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants. On a typical week I would say I go one to three times. I was very excited about this new location. However, I have ordered food from this establishment four times and there has been a problem every time. The first time I went, we ordered chicken nuggets and when we left and got to the college, we checked and they were chicken tenders. This was during an event so we had to drive back and waited. 30 minutes in the drive-through. We decided to go back the next weekend and a similar issue occurred. We waited 20 minutes for two milkshakes in the drive-through. A few days later we went back and ordered inside. We waited 10 minutes to get our milkshakes with our meals. They also gave us the wrong size fry. This past weekend we went to order milkshakes again. The same issue occurred where we waited 20 minutes in the line. The best thing about this restaurant is their sinks. They’re pretty cool. Honestly, for all the time that you will spend in the drive-through, I recommend you drive a few minutes down the road to the other location on Cortez. The Cortez Chick-fil-A has much faster service and reliability. If you are in a rush, I definitely recommend you not go to the Chick-fil-A at Bayshore Gardens plaza. If I had never been to any other Chick-fil-A, and this was my first experience… I would never go to...

We usually go to the location closer to cortez on this same road and decided to try this location since it's more recent. We placed a mobile order and waited about 10 minutes after parking to receive it, which is totally normal and acceptable, but there were multiple errors with our order. One of our drinks was completely wrong, so I sent my husband inside to have them replace it. I should've checked the bag before driving home, so it's partially on me I guess, but when we got home and opened our bag my entree order was completely wrong. I see in a few other reviews this seems to be a common issue at this location. I paid for a grilled chicken club (cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon) and to change my bun which was also an additional charge, and I received a plain grilled chicken sandwich with just lettuce and pickles. I understand they are a newer location with kinks to work out, but they appeared to be extremely well staffed, so maybe the expeditor just needs to thoroughly check the orders going out before getting to the guest.
