Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

The girl that took my order was very sweet had red hair didn’t get her name, I was asked if I wanted spicy sauce in my quesadilla and I let her know “yes”. I drove off when I bit into the quesadilla on the way home, I noticed there was no sauce just a bit of cheese . Luckily I wasn’t too far, I drove back and let them know the quesadilla had no sauce and if they can remake it. The manager told her to offer a side of spicy sauce instead of remaking it, I told them I’d really prefer to have it pressed and they closed the window an came back to ask for the food back. Which isn’t something I’d expect especially with Covid right now, apart from that the remake was perfect . 3 stars I give them cause they always seem to mess something up at this location and I think manager shouldn’t have asked for the food; unsanitary and not sure if there actually allowed to take food back after bitten into ....

This is my disappointment regarding a recent late-night dining experience at your establishment. The service I received was unfortunately disrupted by a significant operational issue. A staff member was forced to take orders manually due to a malfunctioning ordering machine. This resulted in a stressful and disruptive environment for other patrons, including myself, as the staff member's attempts to manage the situation unfortunately one lady was involved in raising her voices at me.

I understand that equipment malfunctions can occur, but the resulting customer experience was far from satisfactory. I hope this feedback will be valuable in identifying areas for improvement, particularly in how such unforeseen circumstances are managed to minimize disruption and maintain a positive atmosphere for all diners. I placed my order inside because the deive-thru had about 10 cars in line, I finished my order by 10:02 pm (as the receipt shows) it was simple 2 boxes, 4 cheese rollups, 4 mini quesadillas, 1 7-layer burrito, and 1 nacho fries supreme and the manager who was taking my order actually complained that it was too many items. They did not actually give me my order until 10:31 pm and of course I was missing half of my order!!! This whole time the manager was smoking outside talking to a friend and when I was given my order he just laughed and didn't even apologized. Needless to say that I'm never going back to that location and I will make sure no one I know does either. Worst Taco...
