Went to Texas tonys for dinner with the family. Some elderly woman in a wheel chair was waiting for a table before our party of 4 arrived and we got put on the waiting list. We ended up getting seated within 20 minutes. After getting seated, ordering, & receiving our food, this poor lady was still sitting in the lobby still waiting to get seated. She was waiting for a table for two... and did not get seated for over an hour AFTER we had already been seated. It was absolutely SHAMEFUL the way Texas Tonys handled getting this elderly handicap woman seated. During our meal, one of the member of our party got up to go to the bathroom and noticed she was still sitting in her wheelchair in the lobby, waiting to be seated and he told the hostess that she had been here longer than anyone in the restaurant and the way they were neglecting her was unacceptable; They had nothing to say and continued to keep her waiting. When we had finished eating our meal and were leaving the restaurant, the lady and her husband had just been seated at their table. Texas Tony's clearly has zero compassion for the elderly & handicap! Food/BBQ as usual was sub-parr & looked like they had killed some starving pigs & cows to get the meat they were serving to their customers. Now my experience was with the server name Matt who was an amazing server with an outstanding customer service and with very knowledgeable with the menu options as well within us a very unique experience. We truly recommend him

We also had the change to meet the manager on duty name Dan also a very welcoming as well.

We sat down in front of the open bar And let me tell you the Bar tender name Vivian she is hands down Skillfull and knowledgeable with the drinks.

Also right front the sitting position ,We have a pick peek could see the operation manager name Dan make an exceptional multi task to make sure every member of his crew deliver an 5 stars customer experience to every customer that walks in the door

Now for last the place was super clean , well decorated with memorabilia , music choice was well pick and the place was very spacious and very pleasant as well.
