Honey Baked Ham has been a favorite for years and the product has never disappointed. The experience at this location was very disappointing and has me questioning the leadership here. As I stood in line I listened to each employee talk down the boneless ham and work to switch customers orders to the bone in ham. When it was my turn the same pitch and down talk about the boneless ham (which is their product). When I refused and stayed with the boneless ham one employee actually told another customer if they cared about the health of their family they needed to order the bone in ham. The reason behind her pitch when I called her out on it was she was only doing what she was instructed to do. So either the management hates the boneless product or they have overstock on bone in han and are desperately trying to move them. This was such a bad experience and disgusting way to represent the products that I am finished with this company. If your looking to be treated with respect and not be hustled stay clear of this location. Truly a disgusting approach and sad display by this staff. Oh and maybe they can also consider offering samples in another form rather then having an employee walking around with two pieces of meat on a napkin offering it up to everyone. There is a reason nobody took the sample after watching it be pushed into everyone's face...
Read moreMake sure that you check your order right at the cashier before leaving. I ordered a Thanksgiving feast with turkey, ham, and some sides. I admit they were busy but man they quickly threw everything into a bag and said okay that is everything! They didnt have the green beans but I was like hey, its okay switch it out for mac n cheese.
I take a step back to allow someone else in and check my bags, and the turkey was not there. I told them and they gave me a glare but we’re nice about it. I am stepping out of the shop while checking the rest of the bags, and realized not only did they forget the turkey, but two boxes of stuffing.
At this point I was holding three bags already, so put them in the car and went back inside. When I came back and told them that not only was I missing the turkey, but the stuffing, they basically scolded me for not checking the bags.
I basically was checking the bags right there and they missed three boxes from my order. They were very disrespectful about the situation when it was their fault in the first place for rushing.
It was my first time ordering from them because I work full-time as a nurse at the hospital. But they made me feel awful for no reason. I get that you are busy, but have some common courtesy and customer service.

That online orders dont go direct to store and customers should print out orders and bring in so they know what you want. Wait... What?!?!? Website didnt say that. Website only gave me a confirmation and said to make any changes to order call store direct..sooooo..IF i use honey baked ham again (IF)... ill just call the location direct instead of preorder online. No stars for a webservice that is a moot point and 3 stars for the staff..it was busy becasue today is Christmas Eve and the staff was keeping great spirits with other frustrated online pickups.
