Nestled in the heart of historic St. Augustine, The St. Augustine Scoop Ice Cream Shop is a delightful oasis of frozen treats and nostalgic charm. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted by the tantalizing aroma of freshly made waffle cones and the cheerful chatter of fellow ice cream enthusiasts. The shop's cozy interior is adorned with vintage dĆ©cor and whimsical touches, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly transports you to simpler times. But it's the ice cream itself that steals the show. With a tantalizing array of flavors ranging from classic favorites like vanilla and chocolate to inventive creations like key lime pie and caramel sea salt, there's something to satisfy every sweet tooth. And with generous scoops piled high atop crisp cones or nestled in creamy sundaes, every bite is a decadent indulgence. But The St. Augustine Scoop isn't just about delicious ice cream—it's also about creating unforgettable memories. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely cone with loved ones on a sunny afternoon or treating yourself to a late-night sundae after a day of exploring the city's historic landmarks, every visit to The Scoop is a chance to savor life's simple pleasures. With its old-fashioned charm, mouthwatering flavors, and warm hospitality, The St. Augustine Scoop Ice Cream Shop is a beloved fixture in the local community and a must-visit destination for anyone with a sweet tooth. So whether you're a longtime resident or a first-time visitor, be sure to stop by and experience the magic of The Scoop for yourself.

The St. Augustine Scoop quickly became one of our favorite stops of the trip — so much so that we went twice during our visit! The prices were fantastic, around $5 per person for waffle cones piled high with whatever flavors the kids wanted. The lady working the register was incredibly friendly and helpful. She happily offered samples so the kids could try different flavors, even sharing her own favorites. Her warmth and genuine personality made the experience even sweeter. She also pointed us toward some fun jewelry in the shop, which was such a thoughtful touch and added to the charm of the visit. Every cone was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Between the great prices, amazing service, and cozy atmosphere, this is a must-visit spot in St. Augustine for families, couples, or anyone who loves ice cream done right. We can’t wait to come back!

Love stopping by The Scoop whenever I happen to be walking by their lovely ice cream šŸ¦ shop! It’s always such a pleasure. All of the team members are so friendly and helpful. I love stopping in and hearing about how much fun they have working there and meeting the locals and visitors from around the world. If you’ve ever wanted to know where the locals go for ice cream - it’s here at The Scoop! Tonight I tried a very unusual combination, the peanut butter caramel swirl with the Blue Panda 🐼 in one of their delicious home made waffle šŸ§‡ cones. I will def be fruiting this one again soon. I stopped in tonight and JoJo greeted me with the biggest smile and provided such great service. It made my heart melt faster than an ice cream cone on the 4th of July! Say Howdy to her on your next visit .

I recently visited Scoop, an ice cream shop, and had an outstanding experience that I felt compelled to share. Arriving just ten minutes before closing time, I expected a rushed service, but instead, I was met with remarkable hospitality from Zackary and Anna.

Despite the late hour, Zackary greeted us with a warm smile and offered detailed descriptions of their unique flavors. His enthusiasm made it clear that he genuinely loved his job and wanted us to enjoy our visit.

Anna was equally accommodating, patiently allowing us to sample several flavors before making our final decision. She didn't show any signs of impatience or rush us, which made our experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

The ice cream itself was delicious, with a variety of creative and classic options that catered to all tastes. My personal favorite was the salted caramel, which had the perfect balance of sweet and salty.

Overall, Scoop exceeded my expectations, not just with their fantastic ice cream but also with their exceptional customer service. Zackary and Anna truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience, even as the closing time approached. I highly recommend visiting Scoop for both the delectable treats and the warm,...

The reviews are on point! We actually left an ice cream shop down the street and chose this one instead based on reviews and MANY more flavors available. The two ladies that were behind the ice cream bar were so sweet and so helpful! We were a party of four and each selected a variety of flavors. Every single one was mouth-watering. (pistachio, chocolate moose tracks, Coffee House cookies and cream, salted caramel truffle, chocolate chip cookie dough, & blueberry cheesecake) Hubby and daughter had their scoops in a waffle bowl and I wish I had upgraded as well! I was giggling over all the choices and defaulted to a traditional cup. For my 4 yr old little guy, they pulled out all the stops and hooked him up with Oreo cookies with ice cream between, as he rambled on and requested. I failed to snap pics since we scarfed our sweet treat but we’ll be back. Hopefully there will be more seating next time but I suppose it’s also fun to...
