Read moreDuring our weekend getaway to St. Augustine, we had the delightful opportunity to brunch at SunDay Cafe, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment we walked in to the moment we paid our bill, everything was perfect.
The atmosphere at SunDay Cafe is warm and inviting, setting the stage for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and seated promptly, with the staff ensuring we felt comfortable and well-attended to throughout our visit.
For our meal, I chose the shakshuka, and my husband opted for a sandwich. Both dishes were exceptional. The shakshuka was a flavorful and hearty dish, beautifully presented with vibrant colors and aromatic spices. My husband’s sandwich was equally impressive, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making our brunch experience even more special.
One of the highlights of SunDay Cafe is the on-site souvenir shop. It offers a wide selection of goods, including their signature bread, which is baked fresh in-house. This unique touch adds an extra layer of charm to the cafe, allowing visitors to take a piece of their experience home with them.
Overall, SunDay Cafe in St. Augustine is a fantastic place for brunch. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the on-site souvenir shop is a lovely addition. We left thoroughly pleased with our meal and the overall experience, and we highly recommend SunDay Cafe to anyone...

I think we just had a newbie. The flavor of the Benedict was AMAZING, but the poached eggs were a little overdone for my liking - the yolks were thick and I tend to go for rather runny yolks. The hollandaise was thick too, which gave for an overall thick-almost-dry dish. The egg was a touch under seasoned, but the smoked pulled pork and citrus dressed greens helped redeem it. The potatoes were roasted to absolute crispy perfection. The outsides were flaky and the centers were melt-in-your-mouth smooth. The sourdough toast had a great chew and mouth feel, but it was incredibly difficult to cut through with a fork and knife. We each had a delicious sourdough cookie - great body and texture, but a little low on...
