Thirsty Turtle — Restaurant in Florida

My husband and I went on a Saturday night with my brother-in-law and his girlfriend. What we really like about this place is that it’s not just a bar with some TVs. They have dartboards, pool tables, a jukebox, several entertaining games, a machine with random surprise bags of amusing items that had us cracking up, and that night- karaoke. This just makes the night so much more fun and reminds us of the past. Pre-Covid or whatever-all I know is that the majority of the places we used to go now have absolutely nothing to do but sit there and stare at a TV. I don’t understand why so many places have removed pool tables, dart boards..etc… it certainly makes the night uneventful and quite boring. So glad the thirsty turtle hasn’t done that. I got attacked here, I got bashed in the head and got a concussion and fainted and my wallet stolen sitting out front here. The people working were absolutely not helpful or concerned for me. They also lied to the cops that this woman Lisa who did it does not work there. When I saw clearly with my own eyes that she walked from outside of the bar with cash in hand and I would like the cameras to be looked at if there is any behind the bar. She has black hair and wad wearing a red shirt. I will never go back to this bar and I am born and raised in sarasota Florida. Kinda disappointing that they were so careless and not helpful towards me whatsoever. They kicked ME out when I did nothing wrong. Horrible place and I will report the lies...

Small bar with 2 pool tables, maybe some video games (honestly don't remember if they had some or not), tunes sounding good. Nothing really special about the decor. Looked like a typical small neighborhood bar. Nothing to make you think beach bar" or anything.
