Topper's Creamery Apopka — Restaurant in Florida

I've given this place a try several several times.Now, I'm just going to go down the street a little further. As I asked the opening manager why, when I get the soft serve large cone in the early shifts.I get what I pay for.Bt, I go in the evenings and they give me a tiny amount of ice cream ( all of about 1inch over the cone)the appearance is as if some one Smashed it down .And ,They try to justify it by saying I got the larger cone.That has a Little more ice cream in the bottom.Really,really now people are going to micro manage the amount of ice cream up top and try to justify it by the cone holder.Please, go blow,that up some one else's skirt...And when i ordered a ment chocolate chip shake three days,ago.We we received the ment shake with absolutely no chocolate chips.Im guessing, theyd have,an explanation for that as,well.We will not be back.Inwhich, thats,a house of five whom won't be going back up there and will pass the word to others of our experience there,and they will reframe from going, and pass the information onward like a chain effect...Getting the point yet.Is such a shame,as they are just dwn the road from our house.Bt, we will be going to manor dairy...

Today is December 3rd @3:00pm I went to this location for the first time. I was really excited because some friends recommended the place. I arrived and I asked for 3 premium sundays PB sunday. I gave the girl some instructions how I wanted them. I told her that one of the PB’s to add chocolate chips. The other 2 PB to add cheesecake bites and to remove from 1 of the PB’s with cheesecake bits to remove the brownie and peanut butter cups and not to add the peanut butter sauce to any of the 3 PB’s. She had an attitude because she said that I did not tolde her that. People sitting in there heard telling her, but because she likes to talk over people she couldn’t hear what I wanted. To our friends she gave them also the wrong topping. My friends ask for the hard topping “the hot fudge that when you dipped it gets hard” instead she gave them Oreo topping. At the end I asked her for the refund. If you don’t know how to listen to instructions don’t work in a place where you have to interact with customers. And once again with that attitude you are not going to...

Best place in town to get soft served ice cream. My wife and I discovered this place a little more than a year ago and have made it a priority to visit at least once per month. One of my favorite things about this ice cream shop is that every week they bring out one or two new soft served flavors of the week.

One of the last times we went about a month ago they had a flavor called Blue Moon. While sadly there was no alcohol in it, it was blue soft served ice cream that tasted like vanilla and mint, similar to cobalt flavored gum from Five Gum. It was absolutely delicious.

The only reason I am not giving this ice cream place five stars is that their staff isn't the friendliest compared to other ice cream shops, they are sometimes understaffed and the prices for their sundaes are a bit more expensive than the competition.
