Villa Bakery "Con Sabor Venezolano" — Restaurant in Florida

First off, arriving to the place is kind of scary. It’s in the back of some warehouse on 192. Terrible service.

I ordered over the phone and told to wait twenty minutes. Got there twenty minutes after, and told me I had to wait another twenty minutes because “ I had just placed the order”. They are evidently very disorganized and don’t know how to calculate wait times. And on top of that, called me rude for bringing that to their attention in the most kind and polite way.

It’s almost like they wanted to cancel my order since the beginning, anyways.

The manager? He had the audacity of hanging up the phone on me. The rudest person to handle a business, without a doubt. Knows nothing about customer care or receiving constructive feedback.

As a vegetarian, I was more than pleased with my order of an arepa that was filled with black beans, cheese and avocado. It came with a delicious garlic sauce. Each order is individually made and is delicious. We even met the chief to tell her how much the meal was enjoyed. The homemade cookies are delicious too. The meal was so good that we are going back there soon. We went back a second time and tried their vegetarian patacones. Wow. How delicious. I also bought 6 of their homemade coconut cajeta cookies to bring home to friends. . My friends loved the cookies and wanted to know if they could order them to be sent to...

Think about this. This place has almost a flawless 5stars… with the people who rated anything less not explaining why. I came to this place expecting nothing but the best food.Because when I spend my money I want only the best, Like I explained on a review on “Sofrito Latin Cafe”The best True authentic Spanish food comes from small places like this.
