Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

Whenever I'm in South Florida I have to stop at Wawa. I'm a Philly girl and Wawa is a Philly thing. We stopped here for gas and to use the restroom. The restroom was realitively clean. No issues there.

I got excited when I saw a whole entire section of TastyKakes and Herrs potato chips. Yep it's a Philly thing. I grabbed the Sour Cream and Onion. They still the same. I wanted me a hoagie but I was in dire need of an Icee because it felt like it was 100 degrees outside that day.

My only complaint is a cashier that was working 8/03. She told the customer in front of me she didn't have her contacts in her eyes and couldn't see which pump he was at. When it was my turn I expected my change to be $3.10. She gave me $3. I asked for my dime and she replied I don't give out change kind of rude. I didn't see the change dispenser because I was looking at her and not down. I don't frequent Wawa so I didn't know this is how change is handed out. She could have been a...

My Fiancé is a Manager at a Wawa in another district, so I was excited to come to a Wawa I’m not familiar with; when I got to this Wawa I was actually so disgusted and disappointed, the food is disgusting and the only thing I ended up actually ingesting was my frozen coffee drink. This store needs a makeover, Power washing, the floors are black and nasty, there was feces all over the toilet and toilet bowl. I don’t know who comes to this store and feels safe eating the food or even visiting the gas pump… Whoever is the GM of this store very obviously sucks at their job!! This store needs new employees, an uplifting and welcoming presence. Nobody should walk into a store and feel so disgusted they want to leave! I had to ask the food and beverage lady for toilet paper and she didn’t even seem like she wanted to go and get it…

If the Wawa family wants a store to be proud of, it definitely wouldn’t...

I tried two times just now May 4 at 2:15 pm to put gas in my car the transaction was decline twice in two different stations, I went to my bank app to check what was going on, and I had two $75 transaction from wawa that Bank of America declined... 🤨, I went inside the store to let the manager know about and this “manager (who doesn’t have any idea how to be a manager) was so rude... didn’t even let me explain what was going on. So be careful using this gas station, besides the machines are taking your money without even asking for a password the manager doesn’t even care about... just to be nice to this poor guy: if you don’t like your job, just quit and find something you like. If your life is so miserable is not our fault... wawa Corp should take actions over a place...
