Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! I went to this location one week ago on my way home at night and the first time i was in the drive thru no one answered me i assumed they were closed as i exited the drive thru i saw 3 employees standing inside talking in a circle so i drove back around when i entered the drive thru again i said hello and the girl told me one second. There was no one inside or in the drive through so i waited she told me to go ahead my husband stated he wanted a mocha cookie crunch frappe and she said what and he repeated himself she said she could hear him he repeated again loudly and as she stated again she couldn’t hear him and that she can’t understand him. At this point he was practically beside the speaker she rang him up and i order my coffee we went to the window the girl had an attitude but we were still friendly and apologized for having to open our door instead of the window because we just tinted our windows. She ignored us and took our money. She then asked if we wanted a stopper and confused i stated we didn’t order any hot drinks she then told us that that is what i ordered and I don’t understand how many times we repeated the order and she still incorrectly rang it up then blamed us. She rolled her eyes and said she will make the frappe when we got the coffees she sent ANOTHER girl to give us the coffees. I have always stopped at starbucks and enjoyed my experience until this night. I contacted corporate who said they sent over the complaint to the manager i just hope he corrected the issue. We have all worked customer service at some point and it is not hard to just give people...

I'm not really a Starbucks guy, the coffee is always flat at this location and the baristas are less warm than other locations in the area. However. . . I do enjoy the fact that it is an easy place to chill in, sit down for a convo with a local friend and offers free WiFi, but that is at every location. I also find it very cool using the app although it's more for convenience and impressing the not so tech savvy who still order their drink when they get to Starbucks from the counter. :) The parking situation isn't bad, but the blocked turn in directions are the killer to this mini plaza. Due to the construction and limited lot space, it is a one way rectangle which you will easily find yourself overlooking the white arrows if you're diving in off of us41 trying to avoid being rear ended (this is Bradentucky.) Also, deliveries happen in the rear, where you must avoid running into trucks that block the one way lane as you squeeze between them and employee parking. If you do get a spot and find a seat you're good or better than your latte will be. Best seating IMO is outside when weather permits, because you get space and fell a sense of "privacy" due to the ambient noise of traffic when holding a conversation with a friend. The business of the high volume intersection also makes for a good backdrop to slowing down your world while not feeling that you live in a world (city)...

The manager was working the drive-thru. His name is Daniel. I gave him $15 to put on my Starbucks card and he never gave me a receipt so I asked him before I left if I could have a receipt. When I got my receipt i did not look at it until i got to work and noticed that it said he had giving me change. Therefore no money on my card and he didn't hand me my money back so when I drove off and got to work I called them but it seems as he was trying to steal my money. He is the manager so he could easily take my money put it in his pocket and was just hoping that I didn't call about my money. I Can Only Imagine how many people he has done this to and no one call him out on it. Always ask for your receipt. Be wary of this guy named Daniel who is a manager at the Starbucks. I feel if I never looked at my receipt he would have got away with my money and when I brought this to his attention he said "if" I made a mistake I am sorry and he did not take responsibility when clearly he made a huge mistake because my receipt said he gave me change and which he didn't. Unless it wasn't a mistake at all and he was going to keep my money. Get your receipt from this store and watch your money. I don't know how many people he got away with doing this with but hopefully being called out on it will prevent him from doing it to...
