10-16-2017, approx 1230pm: thought is stop on one more time,last time the lunch experience was lousy. First let me say the guy behind the register(Trevor) did a food job , aside from asking which chicken for the asiago sandwich. An when I had to double check(ask so as to not touch the food myself) it had to be remade, an from the looks shot by management was not ok. I even apologized for the miscommunication..apparently not to managements liking. Even when talking directly to management (some woman with purple(ish) hair (very professional) anyways I saw the kid (Trevor) having to ask the purple haired manager questions from customers while i dined in. Each time it was like the purple haired manager got more irritated an room it out on him. Final straw was when another customer asked about pecans (which Trevor had to ask her)she stomped off being bitchy an loud enough for me to hear. Then came back an gave this kid a attitude about having to check. This is my 2nd dealing with this woman an last time she was about the same from attitude(only directed towards paying patrons like myself) to hair color. She does not deserve her position, or even to work with the general public. Tries to contact cooperate last time to no avail. Hopefully someone will see this an remove this woman. Read moreI stood in line for 15 minutes and not one of the 6 employees behind the counter acknowledged my existence or asked me to wait or gave me any indication that they were going to help me at all. Not even a Hello. I looked at the couple waiting behind me and said, "This is weird, right." They nodded. Then several more people came into the line behind us. Still no acknowledgement. We watched them work the drive through, gather trash into a bag, call out orders for people to pick up, but no new orders were taken or customers greeted. I finally spoke up and said, "Is this counter closed? Are you no longer taking orders here? Because no one has even said hello." Then a young white girl said said, "I said hello." I said, "No, you said nothing. We've all been standing here waiting and you haven't said anything. No one has. I'm just asking for some basic social skills, that's all. Say, sorry, we're backed up, we'll be with you in a minute, anything. Tell the customers something!" She proceeded to look annoyed and insisted she said hello in the face of witnesses to the contrary. A group of men in line walked out, mumbling that this was a waste of time. This particular Wendy's is by far the worst of all the stores I have been to . I drive by it daily on my way to work . You always are asked to pull to the parking lot to wait for your breakfast sandwich . It is supposed to be fast food , most recently after waiting about 10 minutes in the parking lot I was needing to get to work so I went in to get the sandwich or a refund , the girl at the register very rudely told me they were waiting on eggs and shoved the recept back at me , I asked for a refund and said well hold on just a minute , looking at me very hard and rudely handed me the refund .
