I don't know what to say about this store. And I don't like to give negative reviews, but today is the day, it's been a long hot day for me and nd my helper and we have a couple more hours to go to be done with it. We stop by Wendy's for a bite to eat. As we approach the counter I see a young lady behind the counter looking towards the cooks and the line, the place isn't very busy and I assumed she was just waiting on an order for the drive-thru and just didn't see us at the counter. Apparently that wasn't the case she was actually calling for someone to come up and take our order. So out of the back this gentleman comes walking up to the register looking a little Bleak and a little tired, I said hello good evening how are you? He just gave me a look and said how may I help you, or what can I get for you something like that, no hi I'm fine good afternoon good evening nothing. He takes my order my helpers order and my payment gives me my receipt and walks away without saying another word. I shrugged it off and thought maybe he's having a bad day and went to wash up and get my condiments ready for my food. No one asked whether we were eating here or to go, and our food was ready and we were called to retrieve it by the letter B1 because once again you guessed it no one asked us a name for the order so that they could call us by name. (Again I guess we were lucky that it wasn't very busy and we were the only ones ordering food). They were in to-go bags and we were dining in. Again no biggie. And so were my biggie fries! They too were no biggie lol... And every little cold and Greasy. I just chalked it up to my day and how it was going so far. I hope the owner of this location sees this! Tonight, during dinner with my family, I witnessed an unacceptable display of behavior from a manager who yelled and cursed at an employee for over three minutes. The conversation began at a low volume, but as the manager, Brandon, became agitated, he yelled full-blown. Despite my presence and the fact that I was watching him directly, he continued to verbally attack the employee without any regard for her dignity. This blatant disrespect speaks volumes about his leadership abilities and the environment he fosters. The employee made an error in an order, which is understandable. If an employee is underperforming, it reflects directly on their manager's leadership and guidance. This manager has proven he cannot effectively lead a team. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable in any workplace. I walked outside, spoke with the employee, and ensured they were ok.

I would like to suggest the operator/owner of this location to please invest time in coaching their Managers. The person who took my order made a mistake and I noticed in the second window and I asked the girl at the window if she could fix it and she said yes and was actually very polite. It looks like she needed assistance from the manager, the manager had an attitude the entire time and the way she spoke to me was very rude. It makes me question how the employees are treated by her. Please provide her with customer service 101, because she needs to go back to basics.

I placed an order through the drive-thru microphone, but before I could finish, the microphone was unexpectedly turned off. To continue placing my order, I drove up to the window and attempted to add more items.
At the window, an older employee handed me my order and I explained that I was not done and wished to add additional items. Unfortunately, he informed me that I would need to pay for my current order and then drive around again to place the rest of my order. I was taken aback by this response, as I had clearly been interrupted while placing my order through the microphone. Despite my polite explanation, the employee insisted on his stance and was unwilling to assist further.
I must say that I found the interaction to be frustrating, as the employee's response was not only unhelpful but also rather dismissive. His customer service was lacking, and he was dismissive of my request, which created an unpleasant experience. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that occasional mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and courtesy.
I believe additional training in customer service would be beneficial for this employee, as respectful and helpful communication is key in creating a positive experience for customers. I hope that my feedback can be used to improve service and ensure that future interactions reflect the standards of quality and care that customers expect from your brand.
