Dear Wendy's I have to say I'm very disappointed as I come to your menu I notice there are no fish options one of the reasons for my stop is simply because I treasure the Wendy's name it's where I choose to spend my money now simply adding an alternative considering that times have changed very much so and sometimes people don't want the option of just meat yet everything even the salads contain meat now yes you could always take the chicken off but what's wrong with adding the option there already? Next I did notice you have a fruit cup option which I'm very happy about only to be told that you don't have it yet but it is advertised on your sign clear as day not sure if that's supposed to be like that but okay. Lastly after I choose my number 12 (making a choice from what i have as options plus im hungry) I go to look for a receipt but of course there is no receipt available and the boy at the window wasn't interested in seeing if I was happy or anything he simply gave me my food my card back and sent me on my way no greeting whatsoever. I will say this though I am pleased with the sandwich I still think it would have been much better with fish instead of chicken but it does taste pretty okay again much better with fish instead of chicken but delicious enough the fries were also very good. Now the peach lemonade which I requested ended up being much more lemonade than Peach unless I'm not sure if they got it mixed up but it tastes like just lemonade I don't taste any Peach it doesn't even look like it has anything else but lemonade in there also the wrapping I highly suggest that you change the option to a box as the avocado is too heavy for the wrapping and it literally made the wrapping fall apart that needs to be taken care of as well all in all you get at three stars delicious sandwich great fries not what I ordered for a drink the rapping sandwich fell apart because of the avocado being too heavy the boy who greeted me at the window no smile no recipt no customer service and also the options being so limited and advertising things that aren't even there that's my experience today. Read moreI dont know how involved the owner is of this place but they should be ashamed. Coming from the Temple Terrace area and seeing how nice this place looked on the outside I thought it would be great but the first thing you notice is the smell. I should have just turned around and left right then but I didn't, so then once you get past the smell you start seeing the floor, looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day, crumbs, French fries and just dirt as far as you can see. Ketchup all over the place, the floor, the receptacles, on several tables. They had what looked like a cool lounge area but it was ruined by the ketchup and French fries. It had the biggest wall mounted fireplace I ever saw in person but I didnt want to sit next to it because it was all streaked with something. Luckily we were only here for a late snack so the kids just got frostys and fries. Thankfully the frostys were fine but the French fries were dark colored, and it was obvious by the taste that the oil they were cooked in was old as heck. I had five fries before telling the kids no more and tossing them, it's been an hour and I've had a bottle of water and I still have the bad taste in my mouth. They were nice and just gave us some nuggets for whatever reason and we ate one, they were dark brown and just terrible, again probably from the old oil. There was no customers there and at least four employees that I could see and not once were any of them out trying to clean anything that clearly needed attention. The owner of this establishment should consider firing this manager immediately and consider replacing the staff maybe. I'd be so embarrassed and disappointed if this was my place. Read moreAt first I didn't want to order,as I stepped inside I could clearly see the place was dirty. I didn't sit inside. Once I received my food I sat in my car and ate.They were understaffed. Only 2 people were working there.One was doing drive- through, the other was doing the grill and front counter.Behind the counter was a mess and I was surprised she didn't slip and fall with all the fries,napkins and spilled drinks on the floor. As she served me she seemed sad,stressed,and trying to ignore the rudeness of a man who caimed his food wasn't coming fast enough,but she was still pleasant and served me to the best of her ability. He angrily snatched the bag from her when she handed it to him and stormed out.In my opinion the state of the restaurant isn't the employees fault,more workers are needed just to keep the restaurant clean. There were about eight tables,give or take. The employees could not leave their stations to clean the restaurant unless they had a slow period. Where they are located looks like a busy area, right off 301 and Gibsonton Drive. Sadly this is not the only place I see employees understaffed. Dealing with live customers isn't easy especially when it comes to food. Some people get really heated over their meals.They almost want to end your life if their food isn't right.I applaud people who work in restaurants and food services. Their jobs are extremely stressful! These two employees need a raise AND a bonus for simply just not quitting and walking out.
