I've come here many times but it never seems to get better. Only one or two of the servers have a pleasant attitude. The rest make you think they are doing you a favor. When I have questions regarding my order or a clarification on a particular sandwhich I get an attitude. This is especially true when dealing Iwith the younger servers. I would love to say it's all the young servers but sadly I have to point out that ethnicity seems to play a roll here. Also, for the first time today I actually used the app to pre-order my food. The server (a mature woman) politely asked me to pull around to receive my order. This process was smooth and easy. However when I got to the window I was told I would have to pull ahead and wait for my order to be brought out. I waited for a few minutes and the food was brought to me hot and ready. Again however, there was no receipt. The youg lady offered to run back in and get it but as I was in a hurry, I declined her offer and drove off heading to my appointment. My order was chicken nugget, loaded fries and an ice latte. The order was for plain chicken nuggets and as I sampled one on my way I found it to be spiced. I recall your app requires you to select spicey of which I did not. Also, the loaded fries I ordered came without a plastic utensils in which to eat it. I was not able eat them without making a mess. One last observation. The ice latte was not cold andwhat little ice that was added to the cup melted quickly and did not cool the drink effectively enough to call it an ice latte. Read moreI've had several bad experiences here lately (late 2016). Most disturbing (and most recently - I haven't been back), while at the drivethru, I noticed the car in front of me was handed their food, and after a minute they handed it back. Several minutes later they got a new bag of food and drove off. I then took my food and (stupidly) drove home without checking it. When I opened it up back at the house, it was clear that most of the sandwiches had been opened and rewrapped. Clearly my food had been given to the other car by accident. After correcting that mistake, the employee at the window gave me my food, even though the other driver had obviously opened it in order to determine that his order was wrong.
I did go back to the store, expecting profuse apologies and a full refund. But the manager on duty seemed unconcerned and even a little annoyed at me. He did replace my food, but did not offer a refund. When I suggested that one might be in order considering the magnitude of the offense, he offered me only a partial refund, and a free drink.
More generally, I've noticed that quality of food at this particular Wendy's seems to be inconsistent. Service (I always used the drivethru) has always been very slow, and prices are quite high. I typically paid around$30 for food similar in quantity, and usually lower in quality, than what I can get at McDonald's for less than half that amount. Read moreThis location is pretty darn bad, as typical for Wendy's in this area. Unfortunately, customer service no longer exists and I wonder if they (the Wendy's management) even consider personality and customer service skills at all before hiring people off the street and putting them in the drive through window. Once again, as usual, some uninterested woman opened the window and handed me my bag and drink and walks away. Of course my entire order wasn't in the bag, nor were we given any sauce options so I tried calling for assistance but it was too late. The girl from the window had apparently abandoned her post and walked outside to deliver food to a parked car in the parking lot. As my entire family watched and waited, the Wendy's lady noticed we were still in her drive through and slowly walked by our car and back into the restaurant, eventually appearing at the window approximately 4 minutes later. There we let her know that we were missing food items (that I watched her bag) and she unapologetically rolled here eyes and walked away to apparently locate my last sandwich 🥪. All in all an additional 10 minutes of my entire families lives were wasted by this careless woman who truly didn't have any concern for her job. That's Wendy's for you!
