Thank god our food was edible cause this place was so crusty. Worst customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. We had the absolute pleasure of having our order taken by Sabrina and it was honestly the worst part of our day. We ordered through the drive thru, before we were done ordering she responds by telling us the total price. We proceeded to tell her we weren't done ordering and finished telling her what we wanted. After saying our order we were met with silence and no response on her end. We asked "are we good to go?" And she rudely replies "I don't know, you tell me. Are you done ordering?". Already annoyed with her sass we drove up to the window where we were met with not a word from her and a blank stare that made us want to drive away. She handed us our food and before we were able to finish asking her for sauce she quickly slammed the window shut. We waited there for about 2 full minutes before we had to literally knock on the window to get her attention (there was no line behind us). She answered the same way she did before with not a word and a face that was SO bothered by our mere presence. We asked for our sauce which was followed by her rolling her eyes and then finally giving it to us. It doesn't take much to work in fast food. But this lady wasn't even doing the bare minimum. Read moreThere comes a time when a customer is absolutely sick and tired of walking into a local Wendy's and find themselves looking at employees gathered like they are on break and/or looking at their phones and the employees turn and look at the customer with distain, like you are interrupting their break and you are going to make them now work.
I find it appalling that ALL Wendy's restaurant locations in Naples is the same repetitive experience and I blame district managers and corporate for continuing to allow this to happen, even after numerous complaints and one star reviews across all platforms.
This establishment as a corporation and company down to the district managers, management and staff are the laziest and most unprofessional and incapable of providing customer service. Wendy's should just throw in the towel and shut down permanently staffing themselves with lazy people who do not like to work.
From US 41 to Tamiami Trail to Tamiami Trail East all 3 trifecta Wendy's establishments create a pyramid of poop with management being at the pinnacle of pioneers and influencers of lazy.

Read moreLiterally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The manager was having trouble with the register so we sat there for 10+ minutes, which is completely fine but her demeanor was horrible. No hello, welcome in, or sorry about the issue and thank you for your patience. Just “go ahead and order”… then “swipe your card here”. Then I proceed to wait for the machine to prompt me for 3-4 more minutes as she is bagging food for the drive through. I politely let her that the machine hasn’t prompted me. She says “yea it’s waiting on me hold on”.
They were out of ketchup at both pump stations there were no lids. The dine in area was dirty and it was like 2:15pm so not like they were busy. The fries came out cold….
We just ate quick while the manager complained at employees about online orders and we left. I know you’re not expecting much from a Wendy’s but this was exceptionally bad lol. Head to the next one if you have a hankering for a frosty : )
