NATUZZI IS MY WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to the Natuzzi store to buy a bench. It turned out that Natuzzi doesn't sell most of their products in the store, they have to be ordered in Italy, and I had to pay 50% of the purchase price up front. Natuzzi took several months to deliver. The delivery date I was promised was not met, they said the ship was held up in Genoa, then they said it had not cleared US customs yet. When it finally arrived in Florida, it stayed in Natuzzi's warehouse Miami for several weeks until Natuzzi found a truck to transport it to Naples. I was not allowed to see the bench, and Natuzzi refused to deliver it until I paid the balance of the purchase price in full. I had a bad feeling about this, but the ladies at the Natuzzi store insisted on full payment before delivery. When the delivery arrived, I was shocked! The bench looked nothing like the one I had seen in the store when I ordered it. The delivered bench was completely wrinkled even though no one had ever sat on it. Natuzzi customer service came to my house three times, took pictures, but was unable to repair the bench. Natuzzi refused to take the bench back and claimed that wrinkles are natural. I understand that a bench will have wrinkles after several years of use, but a brand new bench should be flawless. Now the bench is still in the entrance of my house, right where Natuzzi left it, and I don't know what to do with the crap. My advice if you need furniture: there are many good furniture...

Excellent staff. Comfortable, great looking furnishings. Negatives: ship time will be months on most items. If you find puddling/wrinkling of leather seat cushions and leather chair backs unattractive and unwanted then stay away from all Natuzzi leather furniture. They may not tell you that this will occur with their leather product but it is common as it was with our purchases. The photos in their catalogs and showroom examples will not demonstrate the leather puddling and wrinkling but it will occur as it did with ours (and ours hadn’t even been sat upon!). Buyer beware of Natuzzi leather...
