If you’re craving bold, authentic Tex-Mex flavors served with a side of genuine hospitality, look no further than Guadalupe Tex-Mex, the food truck that’s winning hearts and taste buds alike.

The Food? Unforgettable. This isn’t just Tex-Mex; it’s a flavor explosion! The birria tacos are nothing short of exquisite—perfectly tender, rich, and bursting with authentic spices. Pair them with the savory, perfectly seasoned grilled steak, and you’ve got a meal that rivals any sit-down restaurant. Every bite feels like a celebration of traditional flavors, made fresh and served with care.

Service That Feels Like Home. What truly sets Guadalupe Tex-Mex apart is the warm, welcoming service. From the moment you approach the truck, you’re greeted with smiles and genuine hospitality that makes you feel like part of the family. It’s the kind of attention that turns a quick meal into a memorable experience.

Guadalupe Tex-Mex has thoughtfully set up tables beside the truck, offering a cozy spot to enjoy your food while soaking up the atmosphere. Whether you’re dining solo or with friends, it’s a perfect setup for a laid-back, flavorful meal.

Ordered some uber eats from this place and ordered roughly 50 bucks worth of food + taxes and fees coming out to about 70 bucks.

All things considered, food was still good despite it being via delivery. Horchata was authentic and delicious.

Tried the Birria tacos and it was good, of course you need to pair it with. Was definitely pricey for what you got, but if you want a small taste of home-- you get what you get.

Also tried both the regular and special asada tacos they had and noticed a negligible difference, but thought they were pretty pricey.

The Asada Burrito was definitely filling. The taste was akin to eating at Chipotle. Definitely smaller than the burritos in SD.

Maybe I'm being a little too harsh and used to being spoiled by San diego food, but all things considered it is good and I would go back to give them a second chance to try the food in person.

However, if you are used to the quality and quantity that's over in San Diego-- don't be disappointed. It's definitely good for...

We had a group order for 5. Unfortunately, the 3 of us that ordered the Amigos tacos had to eat them with a spoon & fork due to the shells being soggy & falling apart (I've never had street tacos that came with just one shell). Sour cream was extremely runny. The veggie quesadilla was a greasy mess as well. I had the asada & chicken meats on my tacos & while I feel they had great flavor, the asada was very dry & there wasn't much meat on any of them. The red sauce on the side was spicy (as it should be) & amazing. I also ordered the chips & cheese dip. I did not expect mass produced, store bought chips. Unfortunately, this was the first & will be the last order we...

The food was cooked while you wait. It was okay. I ordered a supreme beef taco. I thought it was extremely small. It was on 3 small corn tortillas. Those type tortillas easily fall apart, whereas, the flour tortilla usually do not fall apart and are larger. It becomes very difficult to ear your torilla when it breaks up into crumbs while you are holding it. That makes your food fall into your hand or on the ground. They need to use flour tortillas of a medium size. They have picnic tables under a roof where you can sit and eat.

The food was okay but didn’t quite stand out. We tried a variety of dishes, including tacos, quesadillas, tamales, and a burrito. While everything was decent, nothing really wowed us in terms of flavor or presentation. The service was friendly. For the price, we expected a bit more in terms of taste and quality. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t the best Tex-Mex we’ve had. . Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re in the area, but we might explore other options before coming back.

We tried the vegetable quesadilla and a bunch of the supreme tacos (shrimp, chicken, and barbacoa). We enjoyed the shrimp supreme taco best. The sauces they serve on the side are also tasty. The prices are great compared to the portions. The food truck is next to a gas station, highway, and construction site, so the seating isn’t ideal. There aren’t any good parks nearby to sit alternatively. Not sure we’ll come back, but definitely worth a try!!
