The DAMN best Greek food I’ve had in the longest time, like slap yo mama DELICIOUS AND FLAVORFUL - please, go here. Support this wonderful restaurant. All of the food here is made with LOVE. It is a family-owned joint that is near my house - the consistency of everything is on point and always hits the mark. I feel at home every time I walk in there and I see Yiannis busting his butt off in the kitchen and the front of house! The good vibes are flowing here. All of their specials are to die for. The lemon chicken? Moussaka? Pastitsio?! Chef’s kiss. I am so grateful for this wonderful spot that opened. I used to go to the Meatball Stoppe, and while I loved the food there, I’m thrilled to see a humble family owned business take over the spot. Now I message Yiannis whenever we need food. I cannot wait to take my parents in to dine with them, I know they will love it.
I had to share this wonderful food even with my staff. I own a small flower shop in downtown Orlando called Leaf & Blossom, Co. - during Valentine’s Day I bought 20 Chicken Gyros + Fries entrees for my employees and they all were so happy and well fed during the rush!
Thank you Yiannis and Allen for all the great hospitality - I will be supporting you guys all the time, mark my words! You guys deserve the praise, the love and all the support from the Orlando community...
Read moreI think the music was nice and the restaurant was cozy. I appreciate that it's a small business and the owners are very charming. However I don't know if they had an off day when I went but it didn't do it for me. The meat was nice and juicy however the food was all one note. I didn't get a good mixture of flavors. It needed a tang or a zestiness of some sort to take it all the way home. I ate the whole thing in hopes I would find it but I didn't. Also my side dish never arrived and I let it go in hopes my meal would be that good. The person that went with me had their own food and it wasn't good for them either, plus their Greek salad disappointed them. Again not much flavor. All one note. I normally feel super light and airy after I eat Greek food but unfortunately it just sat in my tummy like a rock and my friend agreed. It was not the worst food in the world but it wasn't the best. The drinks are over priced to 4-5 a pop. Definitely better than little Greek fresh and the Greek corner, and Theo's kitchen maybe on the same level. I'm from Massachusetts and they have a bit bigger of a Greek community up there. Maybe they are from different parts of Greece. I gave my honest opinion they could have had an off day. I hope they did. I really wanted to like it but for now I...
Read moreFantastic food made by a very friendly and personal team at amazing prices. If you are looking for the best Pita, the best Greek Food, or some of the best food in Orlando period, please visit Zorba's Kitchen.
My fiancee had the special, which was chicken with lemon potatoes, easily the best chicken we have had in several years. Tender, hot, fall off the bone meat, perfectly seasoned and delicious.
I had the lamb gyro with feta. If you are a big pita eater in Orlando, you will be hard pressed to find lamb of a better quality than what Zorba's offers. The lamb was delicious, also perfectly seasoned, nice and hot!
We also had the Orange Pie, which was made incredibly flesh and also bursting with flavor, and the Baklava, which was dense with honey and also incredible.
All of the food at Zorba's is fresh, hot, made right when you arrive and perfectly done. Flavors are nuanced and nothing is over done. It is clear that the chefs at Zorba's are masters of Greek food! If you are a tourist visiting Orlando, you will be wishing Zorba's was in your home town. If you live here, you are soon to...
