Brennan's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Florissant

Used to be an alright place to grab a cheap quick bite to eat. Not so much anymore. Looks like they let go of most of the staff and replaced them. New staff is extremely slow. The cook is clearly cooking each order 1 by 1. You can watch him through the window read each ticket individually for about 5minutes cook that order only. Screw it up. Argue with server who shows him its on the ticket. Then back to reading that same ticket for 5mins fix order, move on to next in the same manor. For our ticket he missed two whole entree's. Was maybe 4 other tables and a half dozen bar patrons. Took 90 minutes for food. Many things on the menu removed with nothing marking them out or anything. Dont find that our until an hour into waiting for food cause cook never read ticket until then and server didnt know.

Once finding out that Brennans Bar and Grill was under new management we were anxious to support. Unfortunately, it was the worst decision we have made this year. Oddly the issue is Keith Williams the new owner. Easily the rudest owner I have ever had the displeasure of crossing paths with. It was not crowded, we waited 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. Once our other two friends arrived Keith knew them and then came to the table to converse with them and not us the two that were there originally. We try to support our own and with the money and influence we have we can easily go West but decided to make the mistake and show support to this horrible environment. We stumbled on this place while passing through St. Louis. It looked really crowded inside(good sign) and I asked a woman going in if the food was good. Yes! so we went in. She said, Sit anywhere, as she sat with her family, so we sat at some stools at an island. I was worried no one would notice us (again, packed) but within a couple of minutes the waitress Erin swung by, dropped off menus, came by again, took orders for iced tea, and then came back again to take our orders.
